Excellent value for money and perfect for people who do not want to be stuck in a 'tour group' for long period of time. Asked on October 23rd, 2025How much is the deposit for the trip? It looks like American needs visa to enter Brazil. What happens if we run into visa issue? What is your cancellation policy?
Hi Travel ArgentinaOperator•Written October 2025The deposit for the trip is 20% of the cost, if you book it more than a month in advance. Yes, american citizend need a visa to enter brazil. You should apply for it if you want to enter the country. It shouldn't cause you any trouble, as far as we know.

First Id like to note that our tours are for independet travelers and not group tours. And our tours can be adapted upon choice, so if you want the day tours, the transfers and the buses, without the hotels, we can do it. We will only need you to tell us what services you need. Also, if you want to replace buses for flights, you need to consider that 3 of them are overnight trips, so either the itinerary will be shorter or you have to add nights in the destinations of choice. If you tell us what services you prefer, we can calculate and let you know.

I do not speak Spanish/Portuguese but i understood that this should not be really a problem. Before i book the trip, i wanted to check with you which day should be better in your view. Should i book the trip starting on 21 November or 22 November.

1 & 2: The overnight buses can be replaced with flights, yes. If you would like us to book them for you, they´ll be quoted as an extra, apart from your trip package. You could also book them by yourself, as you wish. 3: The Mendoza part includes a Half Day Tour to a Winery, yes. They usually start in the morning, that's why it's on the second day, is that okay with you? 4: Would you like us to remove the Santiago Bike Tour or to remove the whole day of the itinerary?

If you'd like exactly the same trip in reverse, just let me know and I'll get started on it. If you'd prefer to make any adjustments to the itinerary (such as skipping or adding destinations, changing the pace, etc.), that's also totally possible. Just share your preferences and we'll tailor it accordingly.

No, you don't need a visa for Brazil, Argentina ir Chile having a UK passport! Our tours are not Group Tours, are for independent travelers. The day trips in each destination are group day trips, but from destination to destination you are going on your own using public buses. If you take hostel accommodation, it gives more opportunities to know fellow travelers. If you take hotel accommodation, you get more comfort but less social life.
