Is it a solo travel or in a group?

This is a group travel of up to 40 people, however you are welcome to book as a solo traveler to be apart of the group. Please be advised we do charge an additional $662.00 CAD for a Single Supplement Fee.

My son is 14 year old and we were wondering if you would offer this tour in june possibly around june19 th?

At this time this departure is on request meaning we would have to submit a request to our Operations team to confirm if your booking can be accommodated. To do so we require a pre-authorization for the full cost of the tour. It can take 3-4 business days for the request to be processed. If the request is denied the pre-authorization will be released.

Need a trip in mid January 2026. Ideally beginning sometime the week of January 12, 2026.

This tour does not offer any January departure. We do offer tour Independent Rio de Janeiro City Stay with Buenos Aires.

Do you have a tour to Brazil - Argentina for 9 days

This tour does not have any December departures scheduled. We do have Brazilian tours under our partner company, Globus. We do have quiet a few tours that still have availability for December 2024. If you would like to book a tour for December 2024, please book as soon as possible, these tours will be closing out their sales within the next two weeks.

What is the +$1728 upfront costs? Why not just show the total price right away?

The additional cost will include the HST/GST Taxes and the cost for the Intra-Vacation air. The cost for these services are not calculated until you are booked on the tour.

What are additional upfront cost

we include with this holiday a daily breakfast and one dinner, as well as the internal flights to take you between locations. In regards to additional costs, we advise that you take into account the remainder of your meals, any optional extra excursions that you may wish to include with your holiday, and the cost of international flights. If you have been quoted for this tour and would like to book. We require a deposit from you of £200 per person.

Looking for a Brazilian tour June 11 for a few days.

We do not have any tours that starts around June 11th. The earliest tours we have for Brazil will start around June 18th. Those tours are our longer tours, 19 -26 days.

Is accommodation on a shared basis? Are internal flights included? When is the best time to travel?

Accommodation for 1 person would be a single room. We unfortunately do not offer shared rooms for solos. Any internal flights are included with the tour. September/October is a good time to visit these countries, due to rainfall etc.

Is there a pick up to and from the airport, also my flight back is late evening, could I get a late check out from the last hotel

You can add airport transfer in Rio for $68 per person and departure transfer in Buenos Aires for $41 per person. For late check-out, you can work with the hotel while on tour to see if it is possible. We cannot guarantee late check-out, but you will be able to keep your luggage at the hotel until you are ready to depart for the airport.

While the tour itself was good, during the Amazon trip your bags are transported by boat to the lodge in the amazon. The boat driver stopped off for gasoline in the middle of the amazon river and overfilled the boat tank, leading to my baggage being a quarter filled with gasoline and me and two of the other passengers having gasoline lap around our feet (in the middle of the amazon river) The tour company paid for the lodge washing machine to wash my baggage, but obviously much of it was destroyed by the solvent properties of gasoline, and even the stuff that went through the wash having to be thrown away because it stilled smelled of it a week later. I emailed the company and their emails kept telling me to call a number that never answered, hence this review.Show more

Several times during our trip he was in the right place at the right time, to save us a very precious memory and also was there to save the day, when we dropped our passports, which he quickly recovered. Very many cudos to him,,, he is a very special man. I would also like to thank our Rio guide, Wilson. He is a very funny and caring man. We got on so well with him, that he was like a brother to us both. Thanks again Wilson. To both of them, we hope that one day our paths will cross again. Payment information
- For any tour departing before June 17th, 2026 a full payment is necessary. For tours departing after June 17th, 2026, a minimum payment of $250 is required to confirm your booking with Cosmos. The final payment will be automatically charged to your credit card on the designated due date. The final payment of the remaining balance is required at least 65 days prior to the departure date of your tour. TourRadar never charges you a booking fee and will charge you in the stated currency.
- Some departure dates and prices may vary and Cosmos will contact you with any discrepancies before your booking is confirmed.
- The following cards are accepted for "Cosmos" tours: Visa, Maestro, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal. TourRadar does NOT charge you an extra fee for using any of these payment methods.
