  The tour is misorganized I was most of the time confused what to do so I should ask twice to make sure The tourguides were nice but the do not speak English well The bus is very crowded with a lot of people who were changed every otherday The transportation made me feel that I am Iin public transportation not a stout from a company ?! Sometimes we have to transfer some people from the bus to their hotel and it is a time wasting because we have to wait for them and for our tour guide until he finishes their check in I felt that Spanish people had priority and better way for treatment so if you were Spanish join the tour if not I prefer to find better company who is treating all the customers the same and offer them good service Not all the hotels were good but yeah this may depend on the budget and availability By the way I learned a lot of Spanish words as this I was listening to the tour guide every day for almost an hour while he was explaining the plan of the tour or instructions while for English speakers just few minutesShow more

  Compared to my last trip with you last year, I can say that it was acceptable, the tour guides were perfect despite changing them several times, the hotel was not good at all in Rome (cleanliness and staff attitude), the buses were in good condition on all trips but The buses were in good condition on all trips but unfortunately the buses were very crowded and they kept changing the buses and mixing the groups almost daily which caused some confusion!!!!!! I just want to say a big thank you to Hugo and Matheus for their excellent support and guidance throughout the trip, and finally thank you for your services Regards Mohamed RadwanShow more

  Overall the tour was great, Hugo was an amazing guide: he told us the tips and tricks of each city including the public transport which was really helpful, so was Javier where he created a WhatsApp group for the English speakers and the meeting points from Prague to Amsterdam: super helpful. Only drawback is to mix English and Spanish speakers which led to confusion during the trip.Show more

  It was very under pressure 2 hour for big cities like Cologne,Germany or Frankfort is not enough.We couldnt figure out how to manage our time to both eat food and see the city.I believe its more convenient to at least spend a day in big cities.At the end of the day we are in vacation not work trip.The best thing was convenient hotels with included breakfast and some included addmission tickets.Show more

  Overall a great trip. There were a few occasions where the amount of time allotted to an activity was not long enough (ie. only an hour for dinner and exploring Vienna's wine region.) Our guides were very knowledgeable and friendly. There were some very rude passengers on my tour, but that's not the fault of the tour.Show more

  I booked the 9 day European Charm tour for my parents and I and we had a great time. Our tour guide Martin was absolutely amazing. We felt so cared for. Everything went pretty smoothly. I would highly recommend Martin as a tour guide. Just one small thing about the first day of the tour it was slightly confusing as we expected more info about meeting the group. There was more than one note put up in the hotel foyer so it was a bit confusing as to which tour guide we were to meet the next day but in the end it worked out. Also there was very little direction for the first day - only that there would be a message in the hotel foyer. Glad we didn't wait around all day for the note. We ended up taking the tram into Vienna and exploring on our own and had a great time. Overall we had a fantastic experience and I attribute that mainly to our tour guide, Martin.Show more

  Overall was great experience. Went to places I never thought I would go to, got to see lots by bus but by boat as well. Had the best time and met amazing people! Martin our tour guide was amazing so lovely and I’m so glad we got to have him for the whole trip he was the best!!!Show more
