  The overall tour was great. The guides that accompanied our tour throughout Europe and the local guides who showed us around their cities were phenomenal - so helpful and knowledgeable! We saw so many amazing things and I think there was a good mix of scheduled, guided activities and free time to explore on our own. My main complaint was that the second bus we were on (for half the trip) had electrical problems. Not only did the promised charging ports for our cell phones not work but there was a constant alarm blaring. It was very disruptive to the tour as the on-bus guides couldn't talk over it and it didn't allow people to get to rest as we drove between destinations. It was also very distracting for the driver who was doing his best to get us safely from point to point during heavy traffic throughout multiple countries. It also slowed our trip down as he kept pulling over when it was safe to do so, to try to reset the alarm but it never stayed off for more than a few minutes. Also, I wish TourRadar and Europamundo had been more communicative about roommates for those of us who were traveling alone and might be assigned a roommate. I hadn't been informed that I would have a roommate and then one night at 10pm while I was in the bathroom, someone entered my room but then left. I wasn't sure if I had a roommate or if someone was breaking into my room. There were other singles in our group who would go out for dinner and return to their room to find that there was someone else sharing it. To be clear, being assigned a roommate wasn't the problem. I just feel like singles should be notified on evenings when they'd have a roommate before that person just walks into the room.Show more

In relation to the room allocation, your reservation corresponds to a shared twin room. This is a standard arrangement for passengers traveling alone unless a single room is specifically requested and the corresponding supplement is paid. Single rooms are subject to an additional charge, and when this option is not selected, accommodation is arranged on a shared basis. This information is typically provided at the time of booking so that passengers are aware of the conditions in advance.   The tour is misorganized I was most of the time confused what to do so I should ask twice to make sure The tourguides were nice but the do not speak English well The bus is very crowded with a lot of people who were changed every otherday The transportation made me feel that I am Iin public transportation not a stout from a company ?! Sometimes we have to transfer some people from the bus to their hotel and it is a time wasting because we have to wait for them and for our tour guide until he finishes their check in I felt that Spanish people had priority and better way for treatment so if you were Spanish join the tour if not I prefer to find better company who is treating all the customers the same and offer them good service Not all the hotels were good but yeah this may depend on the budget and availability By the way I learned a lot of Spanish words as this I was listening to the tour guide every day for almost an hour while he was explaining the plan of the tour or instructions while for English speakers just few minutesShow more

In addition, we provide a 24/7 customer assistance line so that travelers can contact us at any moment should they require further support or clarification. Concerning the language groups, we would like to clarify that all passengers receive the same level of service and attention. For this reason, we assign one guide specifically for Spanish-speaking passengers and another dedicated exclusively to English-speaking passengers. English-speaking travelers are encouraged to ask their guide any questions they may have at any time during the tour. We also regret any inconvenience caused by waiting times during hotel check-ins. Our guides work to make this process as smooth and efficient as possible by coordinating directly with the hotels before arrival. This allows the guide to manage room distribution and complete the group check-in process in just a few minutes, avoiding the need for each passenger to wait individually at reception and ensuring greater convenience for the group.   Europamundo is an excellent option for budget travellers with great value for money . The Hotels and accomodations are generally at main place and very good standards. Morning breakfasts are fantabulous. The conducted tour saves lot of unwanted spendings and excellent tour is offered st very easily affordable prices for general travellers from any part of the world. Keep it up.Show more

  This tour was beyond what I could have imagined. While it is a very fast paced tour, you get to see many things and try a variety of activities and food in so many different cities and countries. I specifically enjoyed the different cruises and guided tours through the cities. The tour guides are so helpful and fun and guide you through the cities, recommending affordable places to eat and shop, the best food and souvenirs of each city, and answering general questions.Show more

  Compared to my last trip with you last year, I can say that it was acceptable, the tour guides were perfect despite changing them several times, the hotel was not good at all in Rome (cleanliness and staff attitude), the buses were in good condition on all trips but The buses were in good condition on all trips but unfortunately the buses were very crowded and they kept changing the buses and mixing the groups almost daily which caused some confusion!!!!!!
