Rooms with 2 beds: Yes, we can arrange twin rooms in 3-star hotels. Feather-free room: We will notify the hotels about your allergy and make sure your bedding is 100% feather/down free. Late-night arrival (12:45 am): We'll pick you up from the airport with no extra cost. To have your room ready at that hour, you'll need to book the previous night (October 18).

Are the tour entrance tickets to Machu Picchu guaranteed? Do you offer Circuit 2A or 2B tickets? Does the tour include a tour guide and bus tickets from Aguas Calientas?

Circuit 2A and 2B are sold out for May. We have Circuit 1B and 3B available. Tour includes guaranteed Machu Picchu entrance tickets, round-trip bus tickets from Aguas Calientes to Machu Picchu, and a professional guided tour of the site.

Would like to do the Inca Trail 4 days hike plus Rainbow Mountain 1 day hike in late May or early June

The Inca Trail is fully booked from June 1st to June 23rd. If you would like to consider an alternative, we can offer the Short Inca Trail (2 days), there is still availability for June 1st.

The Cusco and Machu Picchu tour was very good. Kate, our guide, was very passionate regarding the history and culture of the Andean people. I'm glad we added a day in Cusco before the tour to give us time to partially acclimate, since I had issues with the altitude. Kate was considerate of me and my well-being and helped me when I had trouble with some of the steps at Machu Picchu. The Sacred Valley was absolutely beautiful. Machu Picchu is magnificent. The only improvement suggestion I have is that more communication on logistics would have been better. For example, the bus back from the train station to Cusco was not as described.Show more

This was a very well-planned tour with an enjoyable guide (Felix). It was great to have everything arranged, since there are so many details involved in visiting Machu Picchu (train tickets, bus tickets, separate entry tickets for visiting the site and climbing the mountain, with multiple circuits of the site to choose from, etc.). Our family of 4 (kids 13 and 11) came away with a wonderful appreciation for the history of the Incan and pre-Incan civilizations, Cusco, the Sacred Valley, and Machu Picchu. Communication from TreXperience was very good from start to finish, with the exception of details related to climbing Machu Picchu Mountain. 3 things were not made clear: (1) it would have been possible for some members of our party to not do this hike (and just wait below for 3.5-4 hours); (2) it required a very early arrival (5:30 am departure from Aguas Calientes); and (3) the amount of time we had to spend in the ruins of Machu Picchu was reduced, as we rushed to meet the deadline of starting the Mountain climb by 9 am (you are required to exit the site, then re-enter with a separate ticket). Overall, thank you for a great experience!Show more

Alex was an excellent guide, very knowledgable and super helpful and friendly. He showed us all the sights and gave lots of information and knew all the short cuts and best places to go.
