    I'm wondering about booking a tour, I'm a 29 year old male from New Zealand, I would consider myself to be reasonably fit, but I was wondering what gear would be beneficial for me to bring on this adventure, I will be back packing through Europe for July then catching up with my cousin in goa before I head here, ideally I'd like to try and keep my pack quite light during this time

For tours departing after September 4th, 2026, a minimum payment of 20% is required to confirm your booking with Nepal Trekking Routes Treks & Expedition Pvt. Ltd.. The final payment will be automatically charged to your credit card on the designated due date. The final payment of the remaining balance is required at least 60 days prior to the departure date of your tour. TourRadar never charges you a booking fee and will charge you in the stated currency.
