    • Grand Canyon and Sedona Tour 9/29/2027 - 10/2/2027
    • Grand Canyon and Sedona Tour 10/11/2027 - 10/14/2027
    • Grand Canyon and Sedona Tour 11/8/2027 - 11/11/2027
    
    The cost is $3,008.00 per person, based on double occupancy. The cost includes:
    
    - 3 nights of double occupancy lodging at a carefully selected local hotel
    - Meals throughout the tour, including a mix of in-town and backcountry meals
    - Use of a day pack, trekking poles and Microspike crampons during winter months
    - Trained hiking guide(s) with years of personal wilderness and hiking experience, medical certifications, and a passion for leading people into breathtaking landscapes
    - Transportation for the duration of the tour
    - Emergency equipment including a company-issued first-aid kit and communication device

  I'm looking to book this tour however I'm travelling solo and it says accommodation is twin shared and won't let me select just one traveller

    We are able to book you as a solo traveler with your own room, if you'd prefer. To reserve the room for yourself with no roommate, there is a single supplement fee of $610. Please note, this trip requires a minimum of 2 hikers to run, and there are currently no other hikers booked.

    Awesome thanks for replying! If I book it now, would I be able to get a full refund if the tour has to be cancelled?

    Yes, if we are unable to run the tour, we will provide a full refund. Or, we could transfer you to a different trip. Our Best of Grand Canyon Tour (which runs March 20-23) has met the minimum to run.

    For the Best of Grand Canyon tour, that's a pickup from Flagstaff, correct? Would a pickup from Sedona be possible as my accommodation is there? Alternatively, what time would the pickup from Flagstaff be so I can see if I have time to get there?

    The pickup is in Flagstaff. There is a pre-trip meeting the night before, at 5pm, at the Little America Hotel in Flagstaff. It is highly recommended that you are present for the meeting. It's about a 6am start time on the first morning of the tour. If you don't have your own vehicle, we recommend checking with Groome Transportation to see if they have a shuttle that might work for you.
