Everything about this trip was first class! This was our first time booking with Wildland Trekking and we didn't really know what to expect. We chose the 4-day Sedona and Grand Canyon lodge tour. Each day was better than the previous. The food and snacks provided during the day were great and plentiful, and the dining selections at the end of each day, along with the lodging chosen for us, were all unique and amazing. And I cannot sing enough praises for our guide, Crystal. She was extremely knowledgeable on all of the areas we hiked, and she was both professional and personable. The natural beauty of Sedona and the Grand Canyon were amazing, but the trip would not have been as memorable without our wonderful guide. Thanks again Crystal!! We hope to see you again soon on another great adventure with Wildland Trekking.Show more

  Yes, if we are unable to run the tour, we will provide a full refund. Or, we could transfer you to a different trip. Our Best of Grand Canyon Tour (which runs March 20-23) has met the minimum to run.

  For the Best of Grand Canyon tour, that's a pickup from Flagstaff, correct? Would a pickup from Sedona be possible as my accommodation is there? Alternatively, what time would the pickup from Flagstaff be so I can see if I have time to get there?

  The pickup is in Flagstaff. There is a pre-trip meeting the night before, at 5pm, at the Little America Hotel in Flagstaff. It is highly recommended that you are present for the meeting. It's about a 6am start time on the first morning of the tour. If you don't have your own vehicle, we recommend checking with Groome Transportation to see if they have a shuttle that might work for you.

For tours departing after April 21st, 2026, a minimum payment of $250 is required to confirm your booking with Wildland Trekking. The final payment will be automatically charged to your credit card on the designated due date. The final payment of the remaining balance is required at least 65 days prior to the departure date of your tour. TourRadar never charges you a booking fee and will charge you in the stated currency.
- Some departure dates and prices may vary and Wildland Trekking will contact you with any discrepancies before your booking is confirmed.
- The following cards are accepted for "Wildland Trekking" tours: Visa, Maestro, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal. TourRadar does NOT charge you an extra fee for using any of these payment methods.
