Itinerary
- Day 1
Kathmandu
You'll arrive at Tribhuvan International Airport where someone from the company meets you and drives you to your hotel. Later that evening, you can join the other travelers and tour team for introductions and a chance to get to know everyone.

- Day 2
Kathmandu
After breakfast, you'll walk through Kathmandu's UNESCO sites with a private guide. First you'll see Pashupatinath Temple, the important Hindu temple complex on the Bagmati River dedicated to Lord Shiva, then move on to Boudhanath Stupa where the Buddhist pilgrimage site has its white dome and golden tower. From there you'll head to the airport for an evening flight to Nepalgunj.

Nepalgunj to Talcha
Following breakfast, you'll go to Nepalgunj airport for a 45-minute flight to Talcha Airport in remote Mugu district. When you arrive, you'll check out the local area and spend time meeting people from the community there.

Rara Lake
You'll start after breakfast with a hike to Rara Lake, which takes roughly two hours to get to. This alpine lake sits surrounded by mountains and you'll spend time there seeing the views before heading back to Talcha by evening.

Talcha to Kathmandu
After breakfast, you'll fly from Talcha back to Nepalgunj and then catch another flight to Kathmandu. That evening you'll have dinner at a Nepalese restaurant where there's also a cultural dance performance.

Departure
A company representative will take you to the airport about 3 hours before your flight departs, giving you plenty of time to think back on your Nepal trip and plan what comes next.
