I am planning a travel to Hanoi mid March this year and looking for a bicycle tour on the country side for a number of days. I wonder if this tour has a guaranteed departure.

This departure of 16th March Ha Noi Mai Chau Pu Luong is guaranteed but depending on the booking period, some hotels might be full and will be replaced with similar hotels.

I am a solo traveler, so I am worried that this trip (Oct 1 Northern Vietnam) won't have enough people to run if I book it. I also didn't see it listed on your own website. Do you know if you will have enough people to run the trip. I am not in a good position to reschedule if this falls through.

Unfortunately, you're right to be cautious, as we don't have enough participants for the requested October 1st departure at this time. However, we do have another guaranteed departure for the Ha Giang Loop on September 20th, 2025. We are confident this trip will run as scheduled. If that date could work for you, we would be thrilled to have you join us.

Can I bring my own bike?

Yes, you're welcome to bring your own bike; just let us know in advance.

Are transfers included in the tour?

Yes, transfers between locations are included in the itinerary.

Do you offer ebikes for this trip?

We do have good ebikes for this trip and this departure is still open for booking but we can only depart when we have 4 persons booked. You may consider our Vietnam Central Coast on 11 Dec 2024 which also has ebikes and this departure is guaranteed to depart.
