I am planning a travel to Hanoi mid March this year and looking for a bicycle tour on the country side for a number of days. I wonder if this tour has a guaranteed departure.

This departure of 16th March Ha Noi Mai Chau Pu Luong is guaranteed but depending on the booking period, some hotels might be full and will be replaced with similar hotels.

I am a solo traveler, so I am worried that this trip (Oct 1 Northern Vietnam) won't have enough people to run if I book it. I also didn't see it listed on your own website. Do you know if you will have enough people to run the trip. I am not in a good position to reschedule if this falls through.

  Luggage: Yes, we will take care of transporting your luggage throughout the tour. Your main luggage will be transported by our support vehicle and will be waiting for you at each hotel.
  The tour is fully supported, with an English-speaking cycling guide and a support vehicle accompanying the group. The guide will lead the cycling route and assist along the way, while the support vehicle carries the luggage, drinking water and other necessary supplies. If you need a break during the ride, the support vehicle can also assist.
  
  Bicycle rental: Yes, bicycle rental is included in the tour price. We provide mountain bikes suitable for the route. You also have an option e-bike upgrade if you wish.
  
  Vegetarian meals: Yes, we can accommodate a vegetarian diet.

The final payment will be automatically charged to your credit card on the designated due date. The final payment of the remaining balance is required at least 65 days prior to the departure date of your tour. TourRadar never charges you a booking fee and will charge you in the stated currency.
