  I'm considering coming on your tour in March. Would it be possible to make some minor amendments? I would like to add a visit to the Swaminarayan Akshardham Temple and Lodhi Garden on Day 1. I would like to add a visit to Ayodhya to visit the soon to open Shri Ram Temple as an extra day between Day 2 and Day 3. I would like to add a visit to the Bharat Mata Temple on Day 4 (Varanasi). I would like to add a visit to the Vishnupad Temple on Day 5 (Varanasi – Bodhgaya).

    Your revised itinerary is a good draft, but I think that we can make some further tweaks, in particular to accommodate the final stops from your original itinerary. I visited and enjoyed Deoghar in November, so would like the opportunity to visit it again, and I understand that Nalanda is also an important site. Although I appreciate that there only appears to be a lunchtime flight from Delhi to Ayodhya, there's only 1 site to visit in Ayodhya (which presumably wouldn't take more than a couple of hours to see everything?), so I think that we could use that day to bring forward some of the car journeys to the late afternoons instead of early mornings so that there is more time to visit the various attractions before they close for the day in the subsequent destinations of Prayagraj, Varanasi, Bodhgaya and Deoghar, which appear to have more attractions to visit.

    Are you sure that the price for the first option (3* hotels) is correct because it appears to be more expensive in GBP than the second option (4* hotels)? In terms of the approximate 10,000 INR cost for the internal flights, do you mean that is the approximate total of both flights combined (1. Delhi to Ayodhya and 2. Patna to Delhi)?

    The approximate combined flight fare for two sectors 1. Delhi to Ayodhya and 2. Patna to Delhi will be approximately INR 10,000, subject to a little variation at the time of booking.

    I would prefer the 3* hotel option. In terms of your choice of hotels, based upon online reviews, my provisional preferences would be: Dee Marks Hotel & Resorts in Delhi (the Emarald Hotel has poor reviews); Hotel Milan Palace in Prayagraj (the Allahabad Regency Hotel has really poor reviews); Amaya Hotel in Varanasi; and Hotel The Imperial in Bodhgaya. Also, in terms of Deoghar, I stayed at the Hotel Deoghar Mahal as part of a 3* tour of Rajasthan in November-December, and I really enjoyed it, so I would prefer to stay in the same hotel in Deoghar again. In terms of the internal flights, do you mean that this will be an additional cost to the overall total that you have already provided? Would you be able to remain flexible depending on flight time arrival? If I can get a flight that arrives in the early morning, I would then have more time to visit more destinations in Delhi. If you can also remain flexible about the start date, that would be appreciated as well – I would be arriving in Delhi on a Sunday in March, but I would be looking to book whichever Saturday flight from the UK is the cheapest in that month?

    Regarding your choice of hotels, we understand your concerns, and we have taken note of your preferences for the following accommodations: Dee Marks Hotel & Resorts in Delhi, Hotel Milan Palace in Prayagraj, Amaya Hotel in Varanasi, Hotel The Imperial in Bodhgaya. Please note that Deogarh and Deoghar are separate places. This time you will be visiting Deoghar, which is in Jharkhand state, while the Deogarh Mahal you stayed in is in Rajasthan. We recommend Hotel Imperial Heights/GenX Rameshwaram By 1589 as the best available 3* hotels in Deoghar. Concerning internal flights, yes, the cost for internal flights is separate from the overall package cost and is subject to change until booked. In terms of flexibility, we understand the importance of accommodating your schedule. We can arrange airport transfers and sightseeing with full flexibility. Please note that hotel check-in time is generally 12 pm, and early check-in is subject to room availability. Most of the sightseeing points in Delhi are open from sunrise to sunset. So if you are arriving by a morning flight, you can directly leave for sightseeing and then check in at the hotel. You have the flexibility to choose any date from your calendar, and we will book our services accordingly.

    You're correct, I confused Deogarh and Deoghar. Imperial Heights has had much better online reviews than GenX Rameshwaram, so I would prefer to stay at Imperial Heights please. Another thing that I wanted to mention is that I want the focus of the tour to be on sightseeing. The Rajasthan tour that I went on with another company in November kept taking me to shops without asking first whether or not I wanted to, and it meant that I missed out on seeing a number of temples, forts etc. (particularly in Delhi, which was really frustrating and not what I paid them for). If I want to proceed with booking the tour, should I just use the link on the Tour Radar webpage? Would you also be happy to wait until I am able to book my flights before you book any hotels etc. please?

Once you have confirmed your travel dates, please inform us so that we can proceed with the hotel booking. Please note that hotel availability is subject to change at the time of your confirmation. We can secure the prices with three hotels for the Solo Traveler Private Tour: INR 218,031, GBP 2,067. Upon receiving confirmation of your travel dates, we will process the hotel bookings and apply the agreed-upon prices in the dashboard.

    I may now be able to undertake this tour in December; the provisional dates that I have in mind are arriving Sunday 8 December and leaving Sunday 15 December. Please can you let me know whether the tour would still be possible for December and what the prices would be for the tour and the internal flights? Please can you also let me know how many pieces of luggage and the maximum weight for each luggage are allowed on the internal flights? I ideally would like to bring one hand luggage to carry on for essentials and then one medium luggage to check in for additional clothes, souvenirs etc.

    I'm happy to confirm that the itinerary is still available for your preferred dates in December, from Sunday, December 8th to Sunday, December 15th. Regarding your luggage, most internal flights allow one checked bag of 15kg and one piece of hand luggage (usually up to 7kg), so you should have enough space to carry your essentials in your hand luggage and additional items in your checked bag.

    In terms of Day 1 Delhi, I visited Humayun's Tomb and Qutub Minar last year, so although I enjoyed them, I would like to see something different on this occasion. If we have time, I would like to substitute those 2 with the Jama Masjid, Agrasen ki Baoli Stepwell, Tomb of Safdar Jung, Purana Quila and Gandhi Smriti instead. In terms of Day 8, it might be that I have a later return flight from Delhi to the UK, so it may be possible to do an extra morning of sightseeing in Delhi then before I go to the airport as well. In terms of Day 4, I would just like to add the Bharat Mata temple to the itinerary, please. In terms of the outbound internal flights, Akasa Air and AirIndiaExpress have similarly bad reviews (including for cancellations), so is there a better alternative? There appears to be an AirIndia (rather than AirIndia Express flight) for the same time and date? In terms of the return internal flights, AirIndia and IndiGo have similarly good reviews, so happy to go with whichever is the cheapest of the 2.

Day 8 – Delhi (Flexible): This day will remain flexible to allow for additional sightseeing if your return flight timing permits. We'll add Bharat Mata Temple to your itinerary in Varanasi as requested. We've provided alternatives to Akasa Air: Air India Express, flight IX-2511, 10:05–11:15 hrs, fare ₹8,000 and Air India, flight AI-9464, 10:05–11:15 hrs, fare ₹10,000. We'll check the pricing for Air India and IndiGo and book the more economical option.

    Can I just check whether or not you will be lowering the price of the tour package before 8 December? I'm conscious that Black Friday is coming up and I obviously don't want to pay a higher price simply because I paid a week earlier.
