Can you tell me how to book a porter or is it arranged through you

I get that a porter is booked separately, how do I do that

How much a porter would cost for the trip for two people?

Normally 1 porter will carry 2 person luggage of 25-30 Kg and cost you US$ 200 which means US$ 100 each

How many days before the tour start are recommended, so I can acclimate to altitude and change of time zones.

Well if you like to arrive few days before then you can do city tour and even if you arrived on 19th also next day just we will drive to pokhara which is lower than Kathmandu. Our first day also not climb that high so I would say don't need any acclimate. We are slowly going up visiting lots of villages then ABC.

Nine days of actual trekking starting from Nayapul - Ghorepani - Himalaya - ABC - Jhinu. Every day is leg day! There are so many stone steps up and down so the exercise was tough! But the views and experience were well worth it. We were supposed to walk out 20km from Jhinu to Nayapul, but the road was horrible so we arranged for a jeep, which was well worth the Rp 5000.Show more

  Sure I will do pickup if you arrive early and even if you departure late it will be my responsibility to pickup you and drop to airport. You can stay same hotel if you arrive early it's out company property and located in center of Thamel easy access for shopping and restaurants.

Payment information
- For any tour departing before May 14th, 2026 a full payment is necessary. For tours departing after May 14th, 2026, a minimum payment of 30% is required to confirm your booking with Himalayan Adventure Treks & Tours. The final payment will be automatically charged to your credit card on the designated due date. The final payment of the remaining balance is required at least 60 days prior to the departure date of your tour. TourRadar never charges you a booking fee and will charge you in the stated currency.
- Some departure dates and prices may vary and Himalayan Adventure Treks & Tours will contact you with any discrepancies before your booking is confirmed.
