    • LimaToursOperatorWritten February 2026

For the dates your clients wish to start their trip, there are no Machu Picchu tickets available (April 2 or 3). However, we can quote the program starting on March 30, which would allow them to visit Machu Picchu on April 4. For this date, there are still 41 spaces available for Route 3B. Please note that there are no tickets available for Circuit 2 until June.

    Asked on July 8th, 2025

I have questions regarding the different circuits in Machu Picchu. 1) If I book the tour departing in May 2026, will I know which circuit will be assigned? if not, when will the circuit be confirmed? 2) on day 6, I would like to return for another visit to Machu Picchu. Will I definitely get to go on a different circuit, if I book the option now.

      Cindy

      TravelerWritten July 2025

Is there a special reason why we travel down from Cusco to Sacred Valley on day 3, and then on day 4 go back up towards Cusco to Chinchero? I ask because I have tendency for altitude sickness and therefore prefer more time to get adjusted at lower altitudes.

    • LimaToursOperatorWritten July 2025

The specific circuit cannot be confirmed at the time of booking. The Peruvian authorities assign entrance tickets based on availability. We will do our best to secure the most comprehensive circuit available, but the exact circuit will typically be confirmed closer to the date of your visit. Yes, it is possible to visit a different circuit on your second day. Each circuit has its own route and highlights, so visiting two different circuits will allow you to experience more of the site.

    • C

      Cindy

      TravelerWritten July 2025

If I choose to skip Chinchero, will I be able to join the visit and lunch at Ollantaytambo?

    • LimaToursOperatorWritten July 2025

It is not possible to skip the visit to Chinchero when traveling on a shared service. Since the tour is conducted in group format, all participants follow the same itinerary, and the group must complete the scheduled visit before continuing together to Ollantaytambo for lunch. If you would like to omit Chinchero and join the group later, this can be arranged only by selecting the tour in private service, which allows for a more flexible schedule.

    • M

      Monica

      TravelerWritten February 2025

I am trying to find the tour to avoid altitude sickness. Cusco stays seems fairly high altitude, so i would prefer something when the stay is in lower altitude and we just go to Cusco to visit, not for night stay.

    • LimaToursOperatorWritten February 2025

This program starts in Lima and then travel to Cusco for an overnight in Sacred Valley, this town has a minor altitude besides Cusco, then an overnight in Aguas Calientes. You will spend less time in Cusco city, so you won't have to worry about the high altitude.

We do not have the estimate rate for the Galapagos flights, because it will depend if you go to Quito or to Guayaquil.
