  I'm going to be in Budapest until 7/9 or 8/9/25 and need to be in Paris by 12/9/25. Do you offer any tours from Budapest to Prague mainly focusing on Prague that would fit in with my dates above?

Currently our regular departures are operating with a minimum of two passengers, the most flexible policy of any major tour operator. However, please keep in mind that at this date we still cannot guarantee the operation for your chosen departure. Since we depend on situations outside our control like the evolution of the pandemic, vaccination rates and border policies set by each country, we evaluate our destinations week by week in order to make a decision whether to operate it or not. Additionally, we strongly recommend that you find out beforehand all requirements and restrictions you may have to comply in order to enter the countries you plan to visit to avoid any setback, for we will not be held liable should any entry impediments should arise during your trip.

  is taking taxi in prague expensive from hotel to main train station on last day? do they use EURO$$? how far roughly is hotel to prague main train station?

    Location and comfort: Europamundo has selected hotels that offer the necessary comfort and location to allow you to enjoy the city where you are staying. There may be differences in the degree of comfort and the location, depending on the cities in question. However, barring exceptional circumstances, the hotels are always located in the centre of the cities visited or close to the centre, and in other cases they may be on the outskirts of the city, but always with good public transport connections to the city centre. We select our routes with the aim of offering excellent value for money.
    
    Our hotels are not luxury hotels. Bear in mind that the official categories and the sizes of the beds and rooms vary, depending on each country, and they are assigned by the competent tourist organizations of each country.
    
    Your room will always have a private bathroom, a TV, etc. In many cases, it will also have a mini-bar, a safe deposit box and a hairdryer. Some hotels, mostly those in northern Europe, have no air conditioning system, or the local legislation may establish the dates permitted for its use. On some circuits, there are considerable differences in the hotel quality, depending on the cities where you are staying.

    Arrival transfer is included from the airport, hotel (no airbnb, apartments, home) or train station on September 23, 2023.
    The first day we pick up our passengers at BUDAPEST airport all day, just send your flight schedule and we will be waiting for you.
    Our transfer agent will wait for you, with a sign with your name or "Europamundo", after having collected your luggage and passed through the customs inspection. Be sure to exit the nearest door after you have collected your luggage, which is usually indicated as the departure for your flight. It could be that we asked you to approach a designated meeting point.
    
    When you confirm your booking, please send us your arrival flight information.

    Transport on this trip is by coach. You will travel on this coach with up to 50 travellers from all over the world.

    At this time the tour has several confirmed people from 5 to 15, however this may change since there is still more than a month to go before departure.
    We evaluate the situation on each destination every week, should we find a significant change that forces us to cancel the departure we will promptly inform you. In the past, due to these changing situations we have been forced to cancel a departure up to seven days prior to the departure date. In the case of a cancellation we will work with you in order to find another suitable departure, or to give you the refund of the total of your payment.
    We will not be held liable to any other costs incurred such as airfare or hotels not booked with us. We understand that this is a situation less than ideal, but we owe you total clarity.
    However, for your peace of mind, in the last year, we haven't had any cancellation of any of our tours. Only small modifications to guarantee the tour.

    With regards to the meals, you are provided with Daily buffet breakfast. All other meals will be on your own. You will be given time to explore the local restaurants and enjoy your meals during the tour. Your knowledgeable local tour guide can definitely offer you some great dining spots.

    The arrival transfer it is included from the airport, hotel (no airbnb, apartments, house) or train station on August 26, 2023. Unless otherwise stated, the meeting point or start point for services will be in the hotel confirmed for your tour (or for the extra nights on your tour). When your booking is confirmed we will send you the list of the hotels and the link so that you can verify which is the start hotel, the hotels are confirmed 48-72 hours before the start of the tour

    We only need one night Sept 8 prior the tour because we are departed from our Viking cruise.
    We are group of 4, we need 2 rooms. That means total for two rooms for one night is 142 EUR. Am I correct? Also can we have free pick up from Viking departed port to the hotel? How do I pay for this extra night at your hotel?

    If you arrive on 8 September, 2023., you may need an extra night, if you book this night wit us, the transfer will be on 8 September, 2023., but if you book this night by your own, the transfer will be from your hotel to ours on 9 September, 2023..
    
    The price for the pre accommodation is:
    1 Additional Nights in Budapest From 08/09/2023 To 09/09/2023
    Price per Person in double room 71. 00 EUR
    Include breakfast and taxes.
    
    The included transfers will only be possible if they are from a hotel, train station, or airport of the city where the services begin, to the hotel where your tour begins or vice versa. Only the airports/ports located in a radius of 40 km to the city center will be considered for this service. In case the airport you require the transfer is further than this distance, you must request an invoice from our website.

You can arrive at any time, the first day is a free day without activities. On Wednesday October 18, after breakfast, end of our services.     The modification we are requesting, is if we can increase the number of days in budapest by 1 or 2 more days.
    
    Also, if we can add Krakow as a segment to this tour? We can arrange the transport ourselves (From Prague after the end of this tour).

    We can add 2 nights to the beginning of the tour, but it does not include any activity.
    
    The cost for 2 Additional Nights in Budapest is 172 euros, per night, per person in a double room, with breakfast and taxes.
