We made several attempts to contact you by phone to inform you about the transfer delay, but unfortunately, we were unable to reach you. We also sent you an email. We understand that communication while traveling can be challenging, so we approved a refund for your taxi fare, which the guide provided in cash.
Please note that, according to your itinerary, "You will receive information about the start of the circuit during the afternoon, or you can check the informative panels in the hotel reception area." This means there's no formal meet and greet, and Europamundo has fulfilled the services as outlined in your itinerary.
As per your itinerary, we provide informative sheets one day before your tour's start date. These sheets contain essential information about your assigned guide and the tour's start time. They are available on the information board at the reception. If passengers have trouble finding the sheets, they can contact our professional customer service team through our 24/7 hotline and WhatsApp numbers, provided on the passengers' vouchers. Regrettably, we haven't received any communication from you on our support lines to address your questions.
Please be aware that, based on our terms and policies available on our website, all our overland routes, whether group or private, include English-speaking tour leaders and local guides, if specified. Due to our international scope, groups can be bilingual based on passenger numbers, usually in English and Spanish. This is facilitated by two tour leaders, one for each language, or a single leader explaining in both languages.
Our tour guides possess a minimum B2 English proficiency to express themselves fluently, share history, and engage with passengers.
In accordance with our website's terms and conditions, not all our coaches have a WC. When provided, they might have limited access to avoid inconveniences. Regular stops at service areas are included.
Regarding bus changes, guides sometimes rearrange assigned buses due to high occupancy, aiming to keep family members/friends together. They do so respectfully, requesting passengers' cooperation.
Transparency is of utmost importance to us; therefore, we provide all information, including distances between points, activities, guided tours, and free time, on our detailed itineraries. These are available on our website and through your "My Trip" link.
We're aware that you lost a watch, and our guide made efforts to assist you. However, as per our terms and conditions, Europamundo is not liable for lost objects.
