  I wanted to know the end time for the trip in Prague. So that I can make my flight bookings back to India

    On the last day the adventure finishes at our arrival in Prague around 18.30 hrs. The bus comes to a stop at a 4-star hotel, we work with several of them, but I cannot tell you which one yet for we are still on the booking phase for this adventure. Should you need it we may provide a post-night adventure guaranteed at the hotel we arrive.

    The coach luggage hold has limited space and this affects the maximum amount of luggage authorised per passenger on our circuits: one suitcase per person, weighing no more than 30 Kg. We recommend you take ONLY what you need. Your trip will be much more enjoyable if you do not have to worry constantly about struggling with heavy, bulky suitcases.

  My family is visiting me in Prague and would like to arrange a tour for them like the one you offer - Central European Ring. As they are arriving to Prague on the 9th September and staying with me, I would like to skip the hotel in Prague and the sightseeing here in Prague. Would it possible for them to join you from the 3rd day onwards where you leaving Prague on 13th September?

    As much as we want to join this tour, unfortunately, we can't make it for the 0730 departure from Prague to Munich on the August 23rd because our flight won't arrive Prague until around noontime that day.

  Will the entire day's travel be included along with the pickup from the hotel in the morning, sightseeing and then drop at the hotel in the evening after the dinner?

    You will be using a coach bus to travel within each country. It is great opportunity to meet other like minded fellow travellers and create a trip of a life time.
    
    The transportation on this trip is via motor coach. You will be travelling on this motor coach with up to 50 other like minded travellers from around the world.
    
    With regards to the meals, you are provided with
    
    Daily buffet breakfast
    
    1 Lunch or dinner included in: Kitzbuhel.
    
    All other meals will be on your own. You will be given time to explore the local restaurants and enjoy your meals during the tour. Your knowledgeable local tour guide can definitely offer you some great dining spots.

    No, this tour does not include the Christmas markets as it is not an add on option. Therefore, if you want to visit the Christmas markets, you have to find the time yourself to visit them. The tour guide will be able to tell you if there will be enough time to visit them.

  how much it would be extra cost if I want to stay one more night since the tour ends late in the evening I think it would be better to spend one more night and leave the next morning on the 18th of July

    I feel so much discouraged by the comments you've made in regard to not guaranteeing the operation of this trip on the date I want which is July 10. This date is the time of my vacation and I cannot go ahead and book a trip and buy airfare tickets and then you tell me you canceled your trip! That would be the worst scenario ever to Happen me! I really don't understand how could any traveling company work on week to week basis! People plan their vacations months ahead of time. How could I wait till a week before the trip to see if you are gonna go for it or not?! That would be too late for me. I need to plan my vacation now. I've never heard of this before. Plus I am an American citizen and I am fully vaccinated. What other requirements are there for any county to accept my entry?

  Can I get a quote of add-ons? I'd like to add 1 extra night (June 25th) to the start of the tour, and 1 extra night (July 3rd) to the end of the tour. For the airport-transfer, we will be arriving at the Prague airport on 25th, is the transfer to hotel included? I would also like to know the price of hotel-airport-transfer on July 4th.

    Do you need pre or post nights on your tour? Let us know!
    The advantage in booking these nights with us is that you will be in the same hotel as the group's when the tour starts/finishes and in the case of the pre-tour nights, you still get the transfer from the airport to the hotel when you arrive.
    
    In order to arrange your pick up at the arrival airport we need you to send us your flight schedule at least 5 days before departure. Once we have it, and when you make the final payment we will send you the necessary documentation for your trip.

    I'm afraid we can't retroactively apply a rate for a tour that has already been booked and confirmed. Similar to purchasing other travel products such as airline tickets, once you have made your reservation, a days-after-booking airfare cannot be applied.
