The people at the front desk were not supportive at all, totally indifferent to the emergency we had. However, we have to thank the support of Mario Alvarez (our guide) in mobilizing to contact TourRadar and get us a room in another hotel nearby. Thank you very much for your support and empathizing with our situation. Another point in our trip that caused us discomfort, is that they gather different groups that are staying in hotels far from each other; in those transfers to go to pick up the other groups we lost more than an hour that could have been better used in the day. When sharing with other groups that had the same tour but in Spanish, we noticed that the price for their tour was the same as ours (in English), however it included dinners and ours did not. We do not understand the reason for this difference. As for the service of the guides, we could see that not all of them have the same quality of service. They have guides that have less commitment and knowledge. But we love the one who was our guide for half of our tour: Mario Alvarez, for his professionalism, knowledge of the places to visit, commitment to the client and the company, his kindness and service. In a certain period of the tour, we were sharing with two other groups and their guides. And having three guides on the same bus, it was clear that Mario did the work of all three! We reiterate our thanks to Mario, as he made our evaluation of this experience not a poor one.Show more

  The Tour was very well organized. The staff and tour leaders, Hugo, William were amazing and provided lots of information during the bus rides. The bus drivers, Gabriel and Peter did an outstanding job. The hotels were very well chosen and the one in Prague , Panorama , was my favorite one. The Spa on the top floor was spectacular with excellent massage therapist. There was so much to see on this tour that I would suggest, in the future, to add two more days : 1 the day of doing Prague, Munich, Innsbruck ; 2 the day of Kitzbühel, Salzburg, Vienna . We ended the trip very happy but exhausted. Thank you for providing us with unforgettable memories.Show more

  The bus was comfortable and the drivers skilled. Even better that the tour groups were smaller and buses not full; made for efficiency and comfort. Tour guides were variable but ok with Eric being the best one. Novotel in Budapest was the best of all accommodations with the other hotels variable in quality and beds; the Prague hotel needed updating. Only Novotel was located in the city center which is a huge plus. The other hotels were less convenient and required separate transportation. Breakfast was consistently good. However, the dining room supervisor for dinner and breakfast (same person) in the Alps hotel was rude and possibly racist as she treated my travel companion who is white, better than me who is Asian. The Indian contingent was particularly shocked at their treatment. Overall, the tour was a swift introduction to the places visited. It helped me decide as to which cities deserve return visits.Show more
