  The Say Hueque team was fantastic from the initial planning stages to the on-trip support. Our trip was centered around hiking, and it truly exceeded our expectations. We fully embraced the trails in El Chaltén and had an incredible camping experience on the W Circuit in Chile. While in Argentina, a nationwide transportation strike occurred, but Say Hueque seamlessly reorganized our plans without us having to lift a finger. Every transfer was smooth and stress-free, and the accommodations in El Calafate, El Chaltén, Puerto Natales, Ushuaia, and Buenos Aires were excellent.Show more

  The personnel at Say Hueque were were very helpful and I am grateful to them. My first stop at El Calafate was ruined by how inadequate transportation was from the airport at el Chalten. The suspension of the van was so bad that I got sick with vertigo, even though the driver let me ride up front after 5 minutes in the van, which I could not stand because I became so dizzy. I wish there had been more information in the itinerary package about the trails in El Calafate, though. I had to struggle with the very basic map in the hotel to find a couple of them. Transportation to and from Puerto Natales was easy, with comfortable and clean buses. The excusrion to Prito Moreno galcier was a highlight of the whole trip. Good van and excellent, professional guide. All the hotels were acceptable, with lovely and helpful personnel. The only unacceptable part, much to my disappointment, was the excursion to Torres del Paine. The guide was atrocious but thought of himself as funny and personable. The tour itself was boring. Later I found out that we could have been driven to the Salto Grande falls very easily, and there are a few trails that start at the facilities there. The only walking that we were allowed to do was a 10 minute path to the mud flats of one of the lakes! And the trip to the caves was a waste of time and money.Show more

  Engaged Say Hueque as they were supposedly an expert with planning travel itineraries in Argentina. Unfortunately, my recent experience was below sub-par. 1) the sales agent who attended to me went on leave without giving me a heads-up, leaving me with a slight panic attack as no details on my travel itinerary was shared despite travel date running close 2) Say Hueque merely acts as a front shop and do not actually operate any tours. Instead requests are outsourced to different local tour operators depending on region. In my case, issues started going wrong with an airport pickup in Iguazu (driver was late). In Salta, the local tour operator forgot about my itinerary and i was left scrambling to reach out for help (despite not speaking a word of Spanish) on alternatives available. Eventually when a replacement guide/driver was assigned, i still wasn't able to cover all the places planned on the original itinerary. Tried seeking a refund however Say Hueque isn't responding 3) do ASK upfront on the type of service (i.e. shared, private, semi-private) you are being quoted for. In my case, i did not know there was an option of changing and nearly ended up paying a premium for private airport transfers...a hefty markup. Would recommend arranging airport pick-ups on your own. 4) just when i thought the worse was over, i experienced yet another unpleasant surprise towards the tail end of my itinerary when i was over-charged for paying an entrance fee into the Ushuaia national park when local authorities had fees scrapped a month ago. A supposedly lunch-included tour turned out to be a no-lunch option. The level of integrity and professionalism of Say Hueque remains questionable as the issues i encountered could have been avoided if their sales agent bothered following up with proper communication on all outsourced tour requests. Approach Say Hueque at your own risk, for the amount of money they charge there are better alternatives out there.Show more

We are known for our exceptional attention to detail, and we are sorry to receive this message, that is why we would like to respond in detail to your comments: Your travel advisor had her annual vacation and a responsible colleague was in charge of your trip, giving you a fast response within 24 hours, answering your questions and requests for changes constantly. In other words, your travel agent changed for normal reasons, but we always provided timely and appropriate responses to all of your concerns. Our Sales office is in Buenos Aires and we also have local representatives in the rest of the destinations of the country, where local and specialized partners in each region of our vast country represent us. We are very sorry that the shared transfer was 15 minutes late at Iguazu Falls, usually, the regular transfers have a pick-up time margin. Knowing that punctuality is very important to you, we upgraded the other transfers to private services on your trip at no additional cost so that you did not have to wait any longer. Your itinerary in Salta visited all the destinations included but in a different order. Sometimes, for operational reasons, it is necessary to change the order of the itinerary, but always respect the visit to the places of interest of the tour. In Ushuaia, we charged you for the entrance fee to the national park when it was not necessary and we are very sorry for that, but when we were notified that you would not need it, we made a refund for it and for the box lunch that you did not have in the end. We are really sorry for this misunderstanding, but please note that we made the corresponding refund at the appropriate time. We really apologize if you felt we did not assist you, but we always wanted to respond quickly and efficiently, providing upgrades even when they were not mandatory and making the appropriate refunds. CT, we are a bit frustrated with your review here and on other many websites,  and we find it a little bit unfair after all the work we did in the planning stage of your last-minute trip and when you were traveling.   I decided to travel with you because of your promptness in response, ease of working, good customer service and a good price. Seamless experience - everything was flawless and we did not have to worry. My favorite hotel is Don Los Cerros at El Chalten - very nice hotel, luxurious, superb location and views, spa - hot tub, good service. The best excursion was to Laguna De los tres - amazing trek up - difficult but exhilarating - worth the effort once we reached the top. The trip was fabulous!Show more

  Would like to say ‘thank you’ for making our trip so pleasurable We had a fantastic trip, thank you! The booking process was very good. All changes were to itinerary were made / advice given speedily. Our favourite hotel was the Kaulem Hosteria in El Chalten - an intimate and cosy place with only 4 rooms, delicious breakfast, cakes and coffee - brilliantly located and the staff were really friendly. Out least favourite hotel was Hosteria Koi Aiken in El Calafate. This is mainly due to the location due to a 40 minute power walk to the outskirts of town and tthe rooms were a bit tired looking, although the breakfast was very good. It's difficult to say which was our favourite excursion as they were all fantastic. The trip to Perito Merino glacier was amazing, simply because the scenery was so breathtaking and the glacier hike really interesting with informative and friendly guides.. Its really difficult to pick out a favourite memory as we loved all of the places we stayed. We hiked to the see Mount Fitz Roy and Cerro Torre - this was also amazing. My memory will be the the diverse and stunning scenery - glaciers, mountains, waterfalls and wildlife,the friendliness of all the people we met and the knowledge of the guides. oh and the great steak and huge portions of food! I would definitely recommend your company to any friends who are travelling to Argentina and would like to say ‘thank you’ for making our trip so pleasurable.Show more

  What a fabulously planned trip we had Every single organization that Say Hueque worked with did exactly what was outlined in our itinerary every single time. We never had to wait for someone to show up. We never arrived somewhere unexpected. All the arrangements were handled smoothly and efficiently. Throughout the trip we talked about how impressed we were with your work. Thank you for making this trip to a fascinating part of the world absolutely joyful. We were able to immerse ourselves in the beauty of the Patagonian area without needing worrying about mundane travel details.   We enjoyed the trip very much; wish we had more time Pudu Hotel in El Chalten was our most favorite hotel since the location was perfect, the staff was very knowledgeable and friendly and helpful. We loved the town of El Chalten. The least favorite Design Suites in El Calafate. It was quite far from the town. The food was of medium quality. The most favorite activities were treks in El Chalten (Cerro Torre), Base of the Towers (Torres Del Paine) and Perito Morino (El Calafate). All because of their natural beauty and the fun of trekking. The only suggestion I have for Perito Morino is I would have preferred a trek upto the glacier rather than only the boat excursion.Show more

  First part of the tour: Los Glacieres Hotel in El Calafate and tour of Perito Moreno Glacier. First of all, the tour guide and bus driver for SayHueque (Sebastien & Daniela) were great. We were picked up as scheduled, the drive was good and safe and Daniela spoke perfect English and gave us detailed information throughout the day. Highly recommend this tour group. The hotel was OK, room mostly clean and comfortable (one of the rooms had a stained bedspread). Breakfast was on the simple side compared to other hotels. Box lunch also very simple. Loved the tour of the Perito Morino Glacier. 2nd part, tour to El Chalten. Did not enjoy the tour company as much. They were nice enough but didn't pick us up in a timely manner. The guide was nice but spoke mostly Spanish on the tour. My husband and I were the only two English people and he barely gave us 5 minutes of instructions. We were supposed to stop at the Park Office for information but they never did stop. The hotel, Pudo Lodge was nice and comfortable. Wifi only available in lobby and still not very good. The box lunch was fabulous. Staff were friendly and helpful. Note that the brochure you have us has some errors in it. We expected a box lunch in El Chalten and had an embarrassing discussion with the hotel about this. It turns out that part of your brochure talks about Torres del Pain and not El Chalten, thus the confusion. I cannot attach the copy of the brochure here but can send it to you if you provide an email address. Overall we were very satisfied with the services of Tourradar and SayHueque. Thank you Show more
