Our independent tour of the Sacred Valley and Macchu Picchu was excellent in some ways and very disappointing in several others. The itinerary was generally wonderful and we enjoyed visiting the artisans and sights. Our guide lacked compassion, communication and understanding especially for my elderly mother. He often walked well ahead of her and us as we stayed with her. He did not listen when we asked for the easiest route in Macchu Picchu and even started us on a higher route before he realized she could not make it. He did not offer enough breaks for her. We also wasted hours in a café in Macchu Picchu due to his poor planning. We had several other guides during our trip to Peru and he was the worst by far as he was difficult to deal with.Show more

The final payment of the remaining balance is required at least 45 days prior to the departure date of your tour. TourRadar never charges you a booking fee and will charge you in the stated currency.
