  This tour is good but i made a huge mistake booking it with bookingtours. The hotel where i stayed at as well as other tourists were surprised i paid so much compared to the true costs. Because i was traveling solo, bookingtours charged me $700 for the tour when other companies only charge $250 at most. Even though they charged me for solo accommodation, i did not get solo accommodation as i was bunked with other tourists. I don’t mind sharing with other people because i love making new friends. I just didn’t appreciate bookingtours overcharging me and then not providing the service. They refuse to refund me the solo charge because they told me i should have called them immediately. First of all, i don’t have a phone with service out in the middle of nowhere. Second, i go with the flow. Bookingtours overcharges and underdelivers. Be extra careful- i would recommend going with another reputable company so that you do not go home upset and feeling robbed.Show more

Please note that the cost of your tour was of US$481.00 and as all single travelers there is an additional fee of $ 275.00. 3. We have arranged single accommodation however as a personal decision you choose to share a room, a refund can not be offered as this was not within the refund time frame as per your booking terms and conditions. 4. Our tours are highly rated by all participants and we take pride in matching and exceeding expectations – our well reputed company and organization does not "rob" travelers in any shape or form.   We booked a two-days tour to Petra and Wadi Rum with Booking-tours. To tell the truth we decided on them because of the good price they offered. The morning Artium came to pick us up, took us to the border, explained everything in detail, and gave each of us a free map for Petra, and a bottle of mineral water. He even gave us advice on how to avoid to be mocked. Crossing the border everything happened exactly as he said, and on the Jordanian side our Jordanian tour guide was waiting for us. The day in Petra was nice, the guide Ali was really good, he knew a lot about Petra and history of Jordan. They we were taken to Wadi Rum, where the guide (Najy, a different person) was again really nice. They were friendly, helpful, and really gave us perfect service. Accommodation was nice, food was amazing, camel trip was great, and the jeep tour was really good too. We returned absolutely satisfied. Artium was waiting for us on the Israeli side of the border, and he even gave us a nice and funny souvenir. I can recommend to travel with this company.Show more
