We started in Jordan with Mowafaq who was excellent and ensured everything ran smoothly. Turned out we had the tour just to ourselves, family of 4. We experienced great hospitality and the amazing sights of Wadi Rum, Petra and much more. The food was amazing. On the Egypt side Medhat hosted our tour group. We had a wonderful group of people to share the week with. Medhat is very knowledgeable about all the sites and led our group very well with lots of laughs and information. The only negative feedback I have is that there were large numbers of travellers and sometimes it was hard to hear our guide, not a reflection on Medhat, just something to prepare for. Breakfast buffets were fantastic but lunch and dinner were never hot. Thank you. We will remember Jordan and Egypt fondly.

It only took us 30 minutes from the moment the plane land, till we reached our hotel(disembark, passport control, baggage, purchase local sim card and transfer to hotel). Abdul Rahman (Albit) a veteran local of aqaba with extensive local knowledge, very friendly, chill and meticulous person. Our guide at Petra (Sami) provided in-depth knowledge of Petra. Thumbs up to transport manager, Abdullah - very helpful and responsive. Great company to tour with and would definitely recommend it. The only small concern we had is, the hotel in Aqaba; Al-qidrah (great location, but really really dirty,(dirty floor, shower, bedding) and doesn't have hot shower.
4 day 3 night tour Classic Petra & Wadi Rum Tour from Aqaba Airport (AQAPT-JHT-001)Overall, the trip was good. However, there were a couple issues beginning with the airport pickup. We expected to meet our pickup person after we passed thru customs into the terminal. No one was there & after about 45 minutes a tour company rep showed up & informed us he was looking for us at the visa/passport section. We saw 2 tour reps with name signs, but not this tour rep. This area was not crowded & there were few Westerners. We should have been easy to spot. The tour rep thought we were driving to Petra that evening & we had to inform him we had the 1st night in Amman. The Amman hotel (nights 1&3) was a good hotel, with helpful staff, but not near any restaurants. On day 2, our itinerary showed a lunch was to be provided in Petra. Our driver was not aware of this. We arrived in Petra around noon, were handed off to a guide & had lunch at our expense, 3 hours later - after the guide's tour. The driver contacted their office that evening & we were compensated with lunch on day 3. This is not really a guided tour, but a driver assigned to shephard us to & from Petra. The driver was not a guide & provided virtually no guide information.
