We had an excellent time in Jordan and Egypt. Our greeter at Queen Alia airport (Rami) was exceptionally efficient, diligent and friendly, as was our driver (Azmi) for the week. Our Egyptian hosts were just as good, especially Ahmed and Mohammed in Cairo, Medhat on the Nile cruise and Ahmed at head office.

TourRadar customers have mixed feelings about the Petra & Wadi Rum tour - the actual destinations in Jordan are fantastic, but there's been some confusion with the logistics. The main issue stems from how the tour gets passed between different companies like Bamba Experience and Tourist Israel, which has led to some tricky situations with meeting points and payments. Several travelers found themselves unsure about where to meet their group or how to handle certain payments, all because the communication between these companies wasn't quite clicking. While nobody's complaining about the incredible rock-cut architecture of Petra or the desert landscapes of Wadi Rum, it's these practical details that have caused some headaches. The good news is that once people get past these initial hurdles, they really enjoy what Jordan has to offer. But it's pretty clear that TourRadar needs to work on smoothing out these handoffs between their partner companies. Having multiple operators involved shouldn't mean customers have to deal with extra confusion or uncertainty about the basics of their trip. It's a shame because these organizational hiccups are overshadowing what should be a straightforward journey through some of Jordan's most remarkable places. The feedback suggests that with better coordination between TourRadar, Bamba Experience and Tourist Israel, this tour could really shine.
