Could you please confirm availability for a group of 13 travelers in 5 double rooms and 1 triple room for the requested trip?

We are happy to confirm that we have the requested rooms (5 double rooms and 1 triple room) available.

I was just wondering if you happen to have a standby or cancellation list for tours that are sold out. Would it be possible to be added to a cancellation list and informed if there is space for a solo traveller on this tour.

Unfortunately, this date is fully sold out. However, we have another tour that may fit your timeline. This tour is called the Rockies Summer Classic Tour. It is a 4-day Tour and it departs on the 8th of July.

Will 3 standard large suitcases be allowed on this tour as it is only one extra suitcase

Luggage space is restricted based on the amount of passengers and the size of the bus we take on your selected departure date. If it fits, you can absolutely bring the extra suitcase with you. However, I won't know that until around 65 days prior. If we decide to take a smaller vehicle, we can always store the extra suitcase for you and pick it up the day after your tour. This way you also don't need to carry it in and out of the bus to your hotel room every overnight stop.

Can you please advise if it is possible to stop and have lunch in the Fairmont Hotel at Lake Louise during our time there on this tour, and if not what 5 day tours you offer that permit a lunch or other meal, if requested.

Unfortunately, our tour doesn't get to Lake Louise until late afternoon, so not the most ideal time for lunch I would assume. We usually spend about an hour at the lake.

What would be the cost for just one adult, single rooms?

The cost depends on the date that you would like to go as we do have peak and shoulder season pricing. If you click on the "check availability" it will show all available dates. Then click on "confirm dates" don't worry, you won't book right away. But it will take you to an overview of the room types as well as possible add ons and based on your selection you will see the price in the currency that fits best.

We would like a quote for the 5 day tour for 2 adults

The price per person in a private double room for the Rockies Premium Tour is CAD$2,410.15. We work with the Pinnacle Harbourfront Hotel, which is a 5 minute walk from the departure and return location for the Rockies Premium Tour. The price per night is CAD$619, so a total for 3 nights is CAD$1,857.

May I ask how much it would cost for the 5 of us to opt for the Ice Explorer Glacier Tour near the Columbia Icefield? We would also like to inquire about pre- and post night in Vancouver and the cost for our family. Lastly, how can we add a day trip to Whistler in this package. Hoping to get an estimate of the cost for the planned trip.

The Ice Explorer Glacier Tour is one of the standout add-on activities on this tour, definitely a once in a lifetime experience. Pricing for this activity is as follows: Adult (16+): $85.00 p/p, Child (6-16 y/o): $55.00 p/p. Whistler is the perfect mountain town for a one day trip! You can totally add a day tour to your Rockies Tour, price is $248.00 p/p and you can add it directly at check out.

Scheduled departures for August 2026 are: August 3rd, 10th, 17th, 24th and 31st. Does any of these dates work for you?

Our tour plans to return to Vancouver at approximately 7:30 pm.

I'll be travelling with my husband and three children (10, 8 and 6) and am interested in your Rockies Premium Tour. I wanted to ask what sort of arrangement/configuration in accomodation is available for us as a family. We'd also be interested in doing the additional Glacier tour. Is this the one on the Ice Explorer and is the skywalk available?

Unfortunately, the majority of the hotels accept 4 people maximum in a room. We could split you up in 2 rooms (3 and 2) but in each room an adult needs to be present. I can talk to our team and see if we can get special suites at the hotels, but I am not sure how the rates might look like. The Ice Explorer is a great option. Unfortunately, because of our itinerary, we can only do the Ice Explorer and not the ice walk, but you will still have a great time out there.
