    We are on a cruise that finishes in Vancouver on 10 May 2027. The ship docks at 7am. We are interested in your 5 day Rockies Premium Tour departing 10 May 2027 and being able to tag this on to the end of the cruise. What time does your tour depart and where do you depart from? Would you pick up from the cruise terminal?

    Will 3 standard large suitcases be allowed on this tour as it is only one extra suitcase

      Luggage space is restricted based on the amount of passengers and the size of the bus we take on your selected departure date. If it fits, you can absolutely bring the extra suitcase with you. However, I won't know that until around 65 days prior. If we decide to take a smaller vehicle, we can always store the extra suitcase for you and pick it up the day after your tour. This way you also don't need to carry it in and out of the bus to your hotel room every overnight stop.

    Can you please advise if it is possible to stop and have lunch in the Fairmont Hotel at Lake Louise during our time there on this tour, and if not what 5 day tours you offer that permit a lunch or other meal, if requested.

      Unfortunately, our tour doesn't get to Lake Louise until late afternoon, so not the most ideal time for lunch I would assume. We usually spend about an hour at the lake.

      Can you advise if your tour bus parks beside the Fairmont Hotel allowing for a visit to the hotel within the one hour stop time.

      We can't park right next to the hotel, but we park about a 5 minute walk away so you definitely have enough time to go and visit the hotel at Lake Louise.

      The cost depends on the date that you would like to go as we do have peak and shoulder season pricing. If you click on the "check availability" it will show all available dates. Then click on "confirm dates" don't worry, you won't book right away. But it will take you to an overview of the room types as well as possible add ons and based on your selection you will see the price in the currency that fits best.

We work with the Pinnacle Harbourfront Hotel, which is a 5 minute walk from the departure and return location for the Rockies Premium Tour. The price per night is CAD$619, so a total for 3 nights is CAD$1,857.
