Our Rockies Premium Tour is one of our most populars and it's 5 days and 4 nights. I think this tour would be perfectly for you, as it allows you to relax and enjoy and take in the stunning Rocky Mountain landscape. Hikes aren't part of the itinerary, but are only available as optional add-on activities if you choose to participate. Regarding to the discounts, unfortunately, we don't offer senior discounts for this trip.

I am concerned about the tour bus. I just got back from a Diamond Tour and the bus was absolutely terrible! I see that you specify your coaches as "Deluxe". Do you have pictures of the interior?

We understand how important comfortable transportation is for a great trip, and we use modern, high-comfort coaches for our tours. The exact coach depends on the travel date, but we typically use the model attached to this message.

How physical is it? It says adrenaline rushing. I'm a solo senior. I don't want to do trekking or cycling mountains. Just seeing them and a comfy stroll.

The Rockies Summer Premium tour is not an overly walking heavy tour. If travellers are interested in completing local hikes and walking trails, they are free to do so, however, there is also the opportunity to relax at restaurants and parks during each stop. Additionally, if you are interested, there is the option to book add-on activities, however, they are not required.

Can you give a price of $1583 as advertised? You just raised the price to $1961.

For our Rockies Summer Premium tours, the price can vary depending on which accommodation type is selected. Currently our price for a single private room is $3,179 CAD. For a quad room, the price drops to $2,129 CAD per person.

Approximately how many tourists join this type of tours?

Typically, our Rockies Premium tour has around 40 travellers, with 40 being the maximum.

Where exactly is the meeting place on start day (Day 1)? What time is the approximate arrival back to Vancouver on the last day?

For all of our tours, we meet right outside Canada Place, located downtown Vancouver. The exact location is 999 Canada Place, Vancouver, BC. The approximate arrival back to Vancouver on the last day of the tour is 7:30pm, however, that time could change slightly due to unforeseen circumstances.

Will there be a lot of walking?

This tour typically does not involve a lot of walking, but it can also depend on your personal preference. During free time, you are welcome to walk around and explore, or simply sit down and relax, whichever you prefer.

I want to add Travel Insurance, either via XCover or Allianz, in case I need to 'Cancel for Any Reason', does XCover offer this option?

We are on a cruise that finishes in Vancouver on 10 May 2027. The ship docks at 7am. We are interested in your 5 day Rockies Premium Tour departing 10 May 2027 and being able to tag this on to the end of the cruise. What time does your tour depart and where do you depart from? Would you pick up from the cruise terminal?

The tour departs right outside the cruise terminal; however, the 8:30 am departure time makes it quite tight to join, and we generally wouldn't recommend it in this case.

Can you assist or recommend pre-and post-trip accommodations?

Our five-day Rocky Mountains tour was fantastic! This was our second time doing this particular tour, but sharing it with family made it even more special. The itinerary was excellent, with plenty of stops to take in the spectacular mountain views. There was so much to see, including beautiful lakes and wildlife—though the animals didn’t always make an appearance! The regular stops for coffee, food and bathroom breaks were appreciated, and the accommodations were comfortable. Two highlights were the Banff Gondola and the Ice Explorer at the Columbia Icefield. We were lucky to have the dream team: Richard was an exceptional driver who took great care of everyone and made sure we felt safe, while Ian shared fascinating history, plenty of dad jokes and even a live podcast with the group—comical and entertaining! One small suggestion: drink holders and pockets on the backs of the bus seats would make it easier to store drinks and belongings. Overall, it was a fantastic tour that we’d highly recommend.Show more
