Thank you again for sharing your feedback. We are very sorry that the coach viewing experience, breakfast quality, and elements of the guiding did not meet the expectations you had for this important trip. We understand that the front seating arrangement was provided as an accommodation and that you chose to remain there throughout the tour. While this was intended to make the journey more comfortable, we sincerely regret that the sightlines and window condition left you feeling unable to enjoy the scenery as you had hoped. We are reviewing how we handle similar requests in future, including ensuring guests are clearly advised of the viewing experience from any accommodation seating arrangement, offered suitable alternatives where possible, and that coach windows are checked throughout the tour. Your comments have also been shared with our operations and guiding teams. We truly regret the disappointment caused.
