Communication was excellent and very reassuring. The guides were very professional, knowledgeable and caring. The staff in the hotels and activities were very professional. Note that the tours are very cultural and sometimes long. He always answered quickly to our concerns. Once in Hanoi, Mr. Dennis was always attentive to any request, responding quickly to our concerns as well. In the different hotels we stayed at, the staff was excellent, and the breakfasts were very good. The different restaurants where we had lunch were also excellent.
