Communication was excellent and very reassuring. The guides were very professional, knowledgeable and caring. I have an issue with my knees and the guides were always quick to assist when needed to help me enjoy the full adventure. The drivers were very competent and attentive.   The tour with Legend Travel Group was wonderful and well-organized. It's the first time we've booked with an overseas company, however, the communication with Mr. Tony was excellent. He always answered quickly to our concerns. Once in Hanoi, Mr. Dennis was always attentive to any request, responding quickly to our concerns as well. In the different hotels we stayed at, the staff was excellent, and the breakfasts were very good. The different restaurants where we had lunch were also excellent. The tour guides from Legend Travel Group are very passionate about their work, and the bus drivers are very courteous. We recommend Legend travel group.Show more

Communication prior & during was excellent. Great mix of cultures and ages which was fantastic. Whilst traveling & since arriving home, I have been inundated with questions if my Vietnam : Cambodia travels by friends & family … where I have absolutely highly recommended Tour Radar.   Overall, I think the tour was ok but overpriced considering the hotels cost around 35EUR per room/night and the tours were usually with other people on different tours. The locations were interesting but expect constant tourist trap shops. The stay in Hoi An was too long - the place is a massive tourist trap, one day is enough to visit the historical part, I would have preferred to stay in Da Nang. Many of the guides gave limited information on tours and some were not so clear when speaking English which made it a challenge to understand at times.Show more
