This itinerary is for 15 days and begins in Santiago and ends in El Calafate. Would you like to review a custom Patagonia trekking package for 3 days total? Would you like to begin and end in Puerto Natales or are you hoping to travel to Argentina?

The next available Ultimate Patagonia group date we have is Mar 11 - 25, 2024. Our next available departure for the 'W'-only would be our Jan. 15 - 23, 2024 'Essential Patagonia' group departure.

What is the cancellation policy? Can one get credit for later travel?

Any traveler may reschedule their expedition, no questions asked, with a minimum of 45 days advance notice. Trip credit is valid for 12 months from the date of change and may be applied to any future posted expedition dates for the originally purchased expedition.

We would like to start our trip from Santiago de Chile and end it in Buenos Aires! We do not want an organized tour in Santiago de Chile & Buenos Aires! We would like to have an organized tour that includes the following places: Punta Arenas, Torres del Paine, Perito Mereno. Departure from Santiago de Chile should be on Thursday 20.10.2022 from noon and arrival in Buenos Aires should be if possible on 29.10. or 30.10.2022!

Unfortunately, we do not have availability to offer a custom expedition over 20.10.2022 - 29/30.10.2022. We do have an 'Ultimate Patagonia' group expedition scheduled to arrive in Santiago on 17.10.2022 and depart from Calafate, Argentina on 31.10.2022. We are not able to book transportation from Calafate to Buenos Aires, so you would need to book that on your own if you are able to join the expedition.

Do you need to carry your bag during the trek or are their porters? Is this through One.Seed?

Travelers are responsible for carrying only the personal gear outlined on the packing list. Most packs end up in the 20 - 25 lb / 10 kg weight range. There is an opportunity to store items that you do not need along the trail in secure storage in Puerto Natales and El Calafate before heading out on the trail.

- For any tour departing before June 26th, 2026 a full payment is necessary. For tours departing after June 26th, 2026, a minimum payment of $1,000 is required to confirm your booking with OneSeed Expeditions. The final payment will be automatically charged to your credit card on the designated due date. The final payment of the remaining balance is required at least 65 days prior to the departure date of your tour. TourRadar never charges you a booking fee and will charge you in the stated currency.
