Thank you very much for travelling with us and for sharing your thoughtful feedback. We are delighted to hear that you loved the tour and enjoyed exploring so much of the West and its beautiful national parks. It is also wonderful to know that your Travel Director and Coach Driver helped make the journey comfortable and worry free. We appreciate you highlighting the difficulty you experienced with some of the motel stays, particularly when allocated second floor rooms without lift access. We understand how challenging this would have been, especially for our older travellers, and we are sorry for the inconvenience this caused. Your feedback is extremely valuable, and we will review this with our accommodation partners to ensure that room allocations are managed more considerately in future. Thank you once again for choosing to travel with us. We hope to have the pleasure of welcoming you on another journey soon.

Yes. The tour is designed with a moderate physical activity level and a balanced pace, making it suitable for seniors who are comfortable with some walking and sightseeing. It includes plenty of scenic drives and guided experiences, so travelers can enjoy iconic sights without strenuous hiking. All coaches are outfitted with a safety video, fire extinguishers, emergency exits, and restrooms that are equipped with an emergency assistance button. Most dinners and lunches are not included, except for 9 breakfasts, 1 iconic breakfast, and 1 lunch. Hotels are generally located in towns or near dining options, so restaurants are usually within walking distance or a short ride away. Costsaver does not offer airport transfers, whether complimentary or chargeable, so you are responsible for arranging your own transportation at your own expense. Day 1 starts in Las Vegas. You'll meet your Travel Director at the hotel (Golden Nugget & Casino). Welcome Desk is scheduled from 15:00-17:00. We've attached the day-to-day itinerary for your reference. This document provides an overview of the entire tour, including the optional experiences offered each day along with their pricing, so you can plan ahead and make the most of your trip. The free eSIM provided by TourRadar gives you instant connectivity with 1GB of data, easy activation, global coverage, and the convenience of managing your plan digitally without needing a physical SIM.

If available, roll-away beds may be arranged during the tour by either the Guest or the Travel Director. This tour's activity level is Balanced. There will be up to 1-3 miles / 1.6-4.8km of walking per day and might involve some uneven surfaces, such as cobblestones, hills and stairs.

    Asked on March 25th, 2023

Day 7 it says there are optional tours to Jackson Hole and Grand Tetons. What events are planned if those options aren't elected? Day 12. Says there is an optional Badlands tour. If not elected, do we only stay at Mt Rushmore all day? Day 13. Last day. I understand we can choose between the last stop being either Denver or Rapid City. If the choice is Denver, it looks to an all day drive vs a much shorter one to Rapid City. I see the expected arrival time for Denver is 5 pm, I do not see an arrival time for Rapid City. Is this nights stay also included in the initial $ charge? Will we need to arrange our own ride to the airport? What are the costs for the optional tours mentioned?

    Flights / Transfers
    Tour Details
    • CostsaverOperatorWritten March 2023

The optional experience will be discussed by the travel director on the first day of the tour. If you don't want to attend the optional experience then it will be your free time, but it will still depend on the travel director's decision. Day 7: Grand Tetons National Park Sightseeing - $50.00 per person, Snake River Scenic Float Trip - $100.00 per person, Bar T 5 Covered Wagon Cookout & Show - $71.00 per person. Day 12: Badlands National Park Excursion - $46.00 per person, Mount Rushmore Evening Lighting Ceremony - $26.00 per person. Depart on a complimentary transfer to Rapid City Airport arriving at approximately 9:00 am. Alternatively, choose to make your way to the Rapid City Airport at your leisure, or take advantage of our complimentary transfer to Denver International Airport, where you'll arrive at approximately 5:00 pm. The transfers are chargeable.
