I loved this tour, it gave me the opportunity to see a vast portion of the West and the many national parks within. Our tour director and coach driver made the trip comfortable and worry free. My only complaint about the trip was we stayed at a few motels where we were booked into 2nd floor rooms without elevators. Many of the older travelers, including myself struggled to get our luggage up and down the stairs.Show more

We were given so much information ahead of time about the places we were headed. Whether it be a national park, we always had info about where bathrooms, snack bars and/or tshirts were! Stephen McNally did a wonderful job of keeping our schedule and Mark, the driver, was always kind and both were professional at all times! We've been on many cruises where you can see unique sights somewhat at a distance. This trip, in spite of living out of our suitcases, was one for the books that we will never forget! The tour guide was knowledgeable but didn't share the rich and vibrant cultural history of the west. I especially wanted to know more about the Indian culture. When he did talk to us he wasnt always clear, and he was sometimes impatient. Rather than talking to us he played videos. I had seen a lot of videos on TV which is why I took the tour. I wanted to hear the area history from a tour guide, not see a video. We had a great group of people for the most part which made for a fun time. Some hotels could have been better. One had no working elevator and was musty.Show more
