Is there already a group I can join?

How many people are currently booked, and what is the max group size?

Is the tour guaranteed when I book? Or should I expect the tours to be canceled if I am the only traveler?

We cannot cancel a Booking due to few number of clients. For all Solo travelers we join them in a group and on 19th April we have a group.

Given that early time, I was wondering which day would be considered to be the first tour day in that case? Would transfer to the accommodation be included? And can I double check what kind of accommodation exactly would be provided during the tour?

On 14th February 2025 if you want to start safari on same date then no problem. Also if you want to start safari on 15th then on 14th we'll offer you a free hotel accommodation. 5 nights that will contain 3 nights in normal budget camping( ground camping) while other 2 nights on budget lodge( Ngedere lodge, Fig big tree Lodge, Kizumba Campsite). Even after safari the accommodation is included.

Can you send us the names of the hotels and lodges? Are they going to be camping tents for 2? If so we want tented camps or lodges!

The tour you'll be accommodated in budget camps and lodge such as Fig big tree lodge, Ngedere Lodge, Simba Campsite, Seronera Campsite. If looking for midrange Lodge please visit more at our tourradar page and look for midrange or Lodge safari and book.

  We would also need a hotel for the 13th Feb (as arriving so late in the night) - which we are happy to pay additionally for - but would be great if it could be the same one that we would stay on the 14th and you could arrange a pick up from the airport (which as I understand is included in the price).

Payment information
- For any tour departing before October 2nd, 2026 a full payment is necessary. For tours departing after October 2nd, 2026, a minimum payment of 20% is required to confirm your booking with Safari Serengeti Booking. The final payment will be automatically charged to your credit card on the designated due date. The final payment of the remaining balance is required at least 60 days prior to the departure date of your tour. TourRadar never charges you a booking fee and will charge you in the stated currency.
- Some departure dates and prices may vary and Safari Serengeti Booking will contact you with any discrepancies before your booking is confirmed.
