There are currently five people booked on the Discover Namibia - Lodge Departure on the 18th May departure but there also four people holding a place so it could be nine people very soon. This means there is only three spaces left to book as it's a maximum capacity of twelve travellers on this tour. As Okonjima is further North than the airport, you would have to arrange your own transfer there. We can certainly take you back to the airport though and you can arrange a pickup from there. Single supplements are £550. We are running a sale, you do currently get 20% off the main tour too!

Can my diet be catered for? I can't eat gluten.

For all special dietary requirements, we submit to Customer Services as well as the local operator to check that you can be safely catered for. May I ask more about your coeliac disease? Is cross contamination a concern? What is the severity of the symptoms should you consume gluten?

  What I meant is to finish on the day 12 after rhino trekking, not going back to Windhoek, as it is close to Plains Camp. I am currently exploring different options, which will take a few days. However, return to Windhoek and then going back north is not my preferred option.

  You wouldn't have to return to Windhoek however we wouldn't be able to offer a transfer to get you to Okonjima still and there wouldn't be a possibility for a refund on any nights unused, just as a heads up.

Payment information
- For any tour departing before January 11th, 2027 a full payment is necessary. For tours departing after January 11th, 2027, a minimum payment of 25% is required to confirm your booking with Exodus Adventure Travels. The final payment will be automatically charged to your credit card on the designated due date. The final payment of the remaining balance is required at least 120 days prior to the departure date of your tour. TourRadar never charges you a booking fee and will charge you in the stated currency.
