Overall, it was wonderful. The front-of-line passes, the tours, the ease of moving us around, and the constant consideration for everyone's needs (bathroom breaks, food allergy requirements) was really great. And the tour guide couldn't be beat. Jason was always calm no matter how many questions we asked, gave great advice, and shuffled us along very efficiently. My only complaints were that I wish we had more free time at the locations. We booked many of the optional tours on top of the included items thinking we'd also have quite a bit of free time, but that wasn't the case. Will know next time. Also, the hotel in Florence was horrendous: the shower had mold in it, the bathroom was very dirty, and there were no towels or hangars when we first got there. The staff was also really surly when we asked for the items (saying we must have missed them in our tiny rooms! Nope.) Other than that hotel, really wonderful trip -and the Rome and Venice hotels were great.Show more
