If you wanted to be treated like you are in elementary school this is the your for you. Assigned seats on the bus any rules about every single thing. They don’t care if you get motion sickness and ask to sit in the front area (not even the very front) you have to have seats assigned so you are not around anyone in your party, and then moving up and down rows every single day. It’s absokute mayhem everytime we get into this bus. It also makes me wonder… did I pay this much money to be treated like an actual child. We are still in the middle of our trip, but no food that they have given us has been good at all. We skipped a dinner that we paid for to be able to go get food from somewhere else it was the absolute right idea. It was the best meal we had while my entire group (33 people) went to the dinner given and it was nothing but problems with restrictions and horrible food. The rooms are always going to be small but I am a single traveler and my room for one location in Florence was like a jail cell. The bed was made of not mattress material, when you sat on one end the other end lifted up. Now mind you I paid more for a single room and now I’m getting less for what I paid for. On another note, you are on the bus a lot , which I get because we are traveling a lot, butttttt the rules on this bus are just crazy. I get that the rules may be for most tours but people don’t love being on vacation and having to remember every single rule. Also, you are told no hot drinks on the bus, but snacks are fine… well apparently that’s not true, it’s only the snacks that THEY want you to have and approve of. I brought my leftovers onto the bus and it was a whole thing. I physically can’t eat a whole meal. I had the weight loss surgery and eat very small meals about 6 times a day. There is nothing I can do about it… and I’m not eating chips and candy that you approve of when I spent money on a meal. If you are laid back and able to plan a vacation by yourself I would say to just do that because the aggrevation of trying to remember and follow these rules made for 5 year olds is not a fun way to travelShow more

I love the trip the hotels in each city was great enjoyed the half day walking tour in each city, getting our luggage to the train station by car/boat was nice, my only issue was the layover in London we had a 2 hour layover we barely made it to our connecting flight I think it should have been a 3 to 4 hour layover instead of 2 hours if our flight from Venice was 15 minutes late we would have missed our connection.Show more

We had an amazing guide, who met us at the hotel when we arrived in Rome. She gave us all of the information that we needed, and also gave us a lot of great recommendations. She was there to answer questions and take us to the train, and let us know where we needed to be when. In Florence, we were met by a guy at the train station who took us to the hotel. She seemed a little unorganized and scattered. We were a little disappointed in the location of our hotel in Florence, because it wasn't in the city center and there wasn't much around us to do. The morning we met the guy to go to the train she was very unorganized, and did not have a very good plan. Our guide who met us in Venice was amazing! She spent time talking to us as a group and also as individual groups as to what our itinerary entailed. Our trip back to the airport in Venice went very smoothly and all of the global team were great.Show more
