    When is the last date I could pay for departure on this date? I am hoping to save by end of August 2026. Also which airport should I fly into - Haneda or Narita? Is there a shuttle available from the airport to the hotel? Which hotel would we stay at so I could book an extra night if I wanted to arrive a day earlier? Does the bullet train from Osaka go to either of the Tokyo airports or does one have to get off at the main station and take another train to the airport?

      Your final payment this departure is 60 prior to departure, therefore your final payment for this departure date would be at the beginning of August. You can fly into either Narita or Haneda it doesn't matter. You will have to catch a train from the airport to the city. We can book a pre night accommodation for you at the hotel we stay at. The bullet train from Osaka will go to Tokyo Station and then there is another train from Tokyo Station to the airport, you can also fly out of Osaka.

      We will be running our regular Delve Deep: Japan tour throughout the cherry blossom season and currently have availability on the 23rd of March departure. We will also be expecting some departure dates in April to be released in the next month or so. If you would like to extend your stay in Tokyo or Osaka to focus on seeing the cherry blossoms we can arrange pre and post tour accommodation for you.
