We can make vegetarian meals for the sleeping train both ways and in the Nile cruise it's open buffet where you can find vegetarian options

I assume that we also have to book a hotel in Cairo for the first and second day - are there any recommended hotels or hotels that you book on their behalf?

If the sleeper train arrives at 5am, how long does it take to get to the airport from the train so I can make sure there is enough time to get there before the flight?

I'm familiar with the Visa process, Is there any other requirements on the operator side as well? e.g. booking domestic flights/trains. Or if I can get to Egypt, from there on everything can be handled?

  There are so many hotels in Cairo or Giza, I recommend Pyramid planet hotel as a clean budget hotel in Giza. For Cairo downtown I recommend 4 or 5 stars hotels not hostels at all for cleaning stuff and so on

  Officially the train arrives from 5 to 6 am but it could be delayed which can happen in Egypt. I recommend a flight at noon time or later on day 8. We will arrange the pick up from the train station to Cairo airport. The train can arrive on time too and we can upgrade the return to be flight as an option so all will work fine either way.
