    I am visiting Pakistan in January 2026 for about 2 weeks, I am hoping to do a trek during that time. Would this particular Hunza Valley trek be open and available in January (winter)?

      January is a winter season and it depends on how much you are pro winter trekker. We have many trekking options available in Hunza. I would personally suggest you Patundas Trek which is loved by most of our guests. Patundas trek along with Hunza valley tour would be a great package for you I believe. Let me know if that interests you, I will share more details.

      Most of the high-altitude trekking destinations will remain closed in January. However, several day hikes and treks in the low altitude areas will remain open. Some of the hikes that can be done in January are listed below. 1. Masroor Rock trek, Skardu 3700m 2. Charsu Meadows Trek 2-3 days 3. Baskochi Meadows hike 4. Passu Glacier hike 5. Patundas trek (Depending upon the snow conditions but will be hard to do). Several similar hikes and treks can be done in January. Let me know if this interests you so we design a perfect itinerary for you.

    Would it be possible to add a day's guided tour of Islamabad either before or preferably after the main tour? It would be a shame to pass through it without seeing the capital! Obviously with an extra night booked at the hotel in Islamabad.
