Compact but just right tour. All the staff (guides, drivers) are so lovely and helpful. In particular, Devendrá the driver was so courteous, on time and a genuine delight to be around. The guides are all certified tour guides as well and therefore very knowledgeable. The cars were comfortable and clean, plenty of water supplied. Crystal India itself via Amit was very responsive and accommodating of requests. The agenda was sent in advance and clear communication provided such as contact details for the driver. Had initially felt nervous about travelling in India but Crystal India made it all so easy and comfortable, felt totally pampered and well looked after. The hotels were fantastic too! Could not fault in any way.

This trip was well organized and the scenic views were unmatched. The roads were tough at times, but the driver experience kept us comfortable. The history and culture of Ladakh were explained clearly by the guide, and the hotels were clean and comfortable.
