  The tour was good. I ended up on a solo tour which was a little unnerving. There were a total of 4 cities, 3 guides, and one driver who stayed with me the whole time. I do wish that there was only one guide the whole time. Sunil Sir (New Delhi) and Ram Sir (Mathura and Agra) were great and very helpful and made sure that I was comfortable with each stop. My only issue with the tour was the hotels. I wish I had a say in which rating of hotel I was staying in especially since I was traveling alone.Show more

Regarding the solo tour experience, we apologize if it felt unnerving. Typically, we provide an English-speaking escort only when there are more than three people on the tour. Since the other travelers opted for a private tour, the group wasn't formed, hence it was a solo experience. We have operated many solo female travellers, and we always ensure their safety and security throughout the trip. Regarding the hotels, we understand the importance of having a comfortable stay. The hotels offered were 3-star accommodations used regularly for our clients, as mentioned in the tour link. However, we do offer the option to upgrade to higher-rated hotels at a supplement cost if desired. Your feedback is valuable to us, and we appreciate you taking the time to share your thoughts.   Incredible from beginning to end Tour radar representatives up to booking stage were patient and really listened to my needs, Anu Seth in India the tour operator Gets Holidays did an amazing job managing our tour it was very organised and seemless throughout. Our guides in particular Krish and drivers especially Raj were fantastic and made our trip even more special. This was my bucket list trip my aim to play Holi fully which we did, to see the Taj Mahal & ride can elephant to the amber fort All fulfilled Throw in a lesson in Indian Connery schoolShow more

We too would have really liked you to be in a more central hotel to continue to enjoy Holi festivities. In fact, the other travelers in the group were accommodated in the city centre hotels. With Mathura being the hub of Holi, everything gets sold out much in advance. Because of no other availability, we had to provide for you a hotel that was slightly set aside from the centre. Visitors from around the world join in the fun, making for a week of immense sights, smells and culture which seems only possible in India.
