  After reviewing the itinerary, I did not see Osaka listed. I would like to know if adding Osaka at the end is an option? And if yes, what is the added cost?

    Since you mentioned that you would arrive in Japan on April 5, here are a few options you may consider:

    • Start the tour: Day 1 – April 5th, 2026 in Tokyo
    • End the tour: Day 8 – April 12th, 2026 in Hiroshima

    Please note that since the tour would end on April 12th, you would need to book one additional night for April 13th in Hiroshima or take a flight on that day.
    
    2. Contrasts of Japan End Tokyo GO

    the flight would land in HND at 5:15am on April 5th. How long does it take to clear and reach the hotel? And would we have enough time to head to the hotel, check in, have breakfast, and then join the tour at 8am?

    For this tour, we recommend flying into Tokyo, ideally arriving at either Haneda Airport (HND) or Narita Airport (NRT).
    
    Regarding the hotels, they are confirmed once the reservation is completed, and we will provide the final hotel list at that time.
    
    As for optional tours, at the moment we do not offer optional excursions in Japan because the itinerary is already very complete and scheduled, leaving very limited free time.
    
    Concerning your arrival flight, if your plane lands at Haneda Airport at 5:15 AM on April 5th, the timing would be quite tight to clear immigration, reach the hotel, check in, have breakfast, and then join the tour. Please also keep in mind that the tour start time I mentioned (around 8:00 AM) is only approximate. It could begin as early as 7:00 AM or around 8:00 AM, depending on the guide, and the exact meeting time will be confirmed once the reservation is completed.
    
    Please also note that your hotel room on April 5th will be available from approximately 2:00 PM, since the room is not reserved for the night before your arrival. If you arrive early, the hotel can store your luggage while you join the tour activities, and once you return in the evening (around 6:00 PM), you will be able to check in and settle into your room.
    
    However, if you arrive later in the morning (for example around 9:00 AM or after the tour has already started at around 7:00–8:00 AM), please keep in mind that you would still need to wait until the official check-in time to access the room.
    
    For this reason, we recommend looking for a slightly earlier arrival option, as flights can sometimes be delayed and the transfer from the airport to the hotel may also take longer than expected.
    
    If arriving earlier is not possible, another option would be to join the tour later in the day. For example, there is an activity in the evening:
    
    6:30 PM – We will meet our guide in the hotel lobby and take the subway (tickets included) to the Shinjuku area. From there, we will enjoy a walk through this lively district before heading to a local restaurant for dinner (included). We will then return to the hotel by subway accompanied by our guide.
    
    In this case, you could also join the group at that time once you arrive. We would just need to confirm this option with the operations team.

    If we do confirm that we will join on the 5th, is it possible to ask the Guide to start at 8am or 830am? Tickets are near $4,000 US, so I would hate to think we made it all the way and then be disappointed. We can skip breakfast - just would need the Hotel to hold our luggage.
    
    Also, what is the best way to get from Haneda to the hotel? And can you assist with this?

    I have spoken with my team, and the tour is scheduled to start at 8:00 AM. However, please keep in mind that we cannot fully guarantee that you will be able to join the tour that morning, as this will depend on your arrival timing. If there are any delays at immigration, baggage claim, or during your transfer from the airport, it could affect your ability to arrive before the tour begins.
    
    If you arrive at Haneda Airport, the best option would be to take a taxi directly to the hotel, which usually takes at least around 30 minutes, depending on traffic conditions.
    
    The hotel will be able to store your luggage if you arrive before your room is ready, so you would be able to leave your bags there and go directly to meet the group if you arrive on time.
    
    At this time, the tour has several confirmed participants, approximately between 25 and 35 people. Please note that this number may still change since there are still more than two weeks remaining before departure.

Due to Europamundo's international approach, groups may be bilingual (typically Spanish/Portuguese or Spanish/English). In such cases, they may be accompanied either by two separate guides—one per language—or by a single guide providing explanations in both languages.
    
    For coach tours, depending on the itinerary, passengers may be accompanied by a single accompanying guide or by several guides who may change throughout different stages of the journey.
    
    We do not have this tour in spanish serie.
