The Cruise could only be described as Very Poor. 1. The advertised duration was, incorrectly advertised by stating the 1st day as being part of the cruise duration as we were only allowed to board at 06:00pm and that was advertised as day 1. 2. The meals were very poor. On one day, the majority of passengers sent their plates back full of the severed food. 3. Tea, Coffee, Water and even Ice was charged. If you required alcohol (wine) during lunch/dinner, expected to purchase a bottle. 4. There were no coffee/tea facilities available, outside mealtimes, unless you wanted to purchase from the bar. 5. The rooms were very small. 6. Internet facilities were unavailable most of the time or if it was available, very slow. 7. The TV facilities were unavailable. The staff on board were very good, very friendly, efficient and always available to assist. We are currently evaluating our river cruise options for 2024, we will not purchase cruises from the cruise company.Show more

Payment information
- For any tour departing before August 13th, 2026 a full payment is necessary. For tours departing after August 13th, 2026, a minimum payment of 30% is required to confirm your booking with CroisiEurope River Cruises. The final payment will be automatically charged to your credit card on the designated due date. The final payment of the remaining balance is required at least 120 days prior to the departure date of your tour. TourRadar never charges you a booking fee and will charge you in the stated currency.
- The following cards are accepted for "CroisiEurope River Cruises" tours: Visa, Maestro, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal. TourRadar does NOT charge you an extra fee for using any of these payment methods.
Cancellation Policy
- TourRadar can request CroisiEurope River Cruises to hold spaces for you for up to 48 hours without any credit card details.
