My overall rating for this trip is VERY POOR AND A WASTE OF MONEY. The transportation, cleanliness and the tour itself was SORT OF OKAY. ALTHOUGH WE REACHED ARLES LATE AT NIGHT AND SO COULD NOT VISIT THE CITY. SO PUTTING IT ON AS A VISIT WAS NOT VERY HONEST. Where this trip failed MISERABLY was in the quality of the food and the attitude of the staff. The food was disgusting. DISGUSTING. on the last day the rice was undercooked. The quality of the food, especially of the meat was really poor. The desserts were inedible. The staff was surly and rude. Many of them could not speak French or English properly. The overall quality for the amount of money paid was VERY POOR, especially when I compare what I have got in the past with cruise lines like ROYAL CARRIBBEAN OR COSTA OR CARNIVAL cruises. I WILL NEVER RECCOMMEND CROISIEUROPE.Show more

For tours departing after August 14th, 2026, a minimum payment of 30% is required to confirm your booking with CroisiEurope River Cruises. The final payment will be automatically charged to your credit card on the designated due date. The final payment of the remaining balance is required at least 120 days prior to the departure date of your tour. TourRadar never charges you a booking fee and will charge you in the stated currency.
- The following cards are accepted for "CroisiEurope River Cruises" tours: Visa, Maestro, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal. TourRadar does NOT charge you an extra fee for using any of these payment methods.
Cancellation Policy
- TourRadar can request CroisiEurope River Cruises to hold spaces for you for up to 48 hours without any credit card details.
