CroisiEurope generally gets good marks from passengers, though we've heard some concerns about meal quality on specific routes. The food isn't bad - it just doesn't always meet expectations for a luxury river cruise.Avalon Waterways does well with their excursion program overall, offering interesting local experiences and guided tours. That said, quite a few of our guests found the Camargue excursion needed more substance - it didn't quite deliver the wild horses and flamingos experience many were hoping for.Scenic maintains beautiful ships with really comfortable cabins, and their crew consistently gets praise for attentive service.
