However, you can add the extra ticket to the peak of Machu Picchu Mountain (extra cost US$ 85.00 per person) or getting the Circuit 3 ticket (extra cost US$ 65.00 per person) to walk on your own through the lower part of Machu Picchu Citadel, by the time you only can choose one of these2 last options.

The trip with Inkayani tours was fantastic! Before our trip any questions or issues we had were addressed very quickly. It was very easy to make changes and they were extremely accommodating. When we arrived we were met with a guide, who was present for the entire journey. During our hike the entire staff was friendly and helpful. Special thank you to our guide Yiyo who helped us recover my wife's phone when she forgot it on the bus. He also was very knowledgeable and we taught us much about the history and culture of Custo, Machu Picchu and Inca civilization. Every detail was taken care of all along the journey. For anyone able to do the hike, I would highly recommend this tour over just taking the bus as there is so many more ruins and sites to see.Show more

Upon arriving to Cusco, Inkayni staff picked us up from airport and that day in the afternoon we got a briefing with our fantastic guide Jose, he explained all about each day of our itinerary, the next day we did the visit to the Sacred Valley, in Chinchero we learned about the andean textiles. It was an amazing experience! Jose was amicable and super helpful, to a degree I would never expect anywhere. We (family of 4) first did some small tours with our guide, visiting Incan remains around the city. After that, we did the 4 day Inca trail hike to Machu Pichu which was absolutely wonderful. We saw a variety of other tour groups during the route of different tour operators that had workers older, I was so happy we lucked out and booked our trip with them because the porters were not too older. Inkayni team exceeded my expectations from the beginning and I would definitely recommend them.Show more

I just want to make sure people can read my experience because I feel that maybe it can help with the decision to get the best experience. After traveling to 40+ countries and 7 continents, the whole experience was somewhat surreal and counts as my number one interaction with a tour company. Inkayni Peru Tours made the whole trip so easy, and affordable that all we had to do was kick back and enjoy the amazing sights and sites that the Sacred Valley has to offer. The visits at the archeological sites were awesome, we learned a bit more the inca culture. The Inca trail is incredible and all the more enjoyable with the need to carry only a light daypack while Inkayni team took care of everything else. Our guide Santiago was extremely knowledgeable in Inca history as well as local flora and fauna. This team is fantastic and thoughtful and I would highly recommend them for your trek. Not to mention, this is some of the most vast and and beautiful wilderness I've ever seen. Thank you Santiago and all the staff for making my trip to Cusco a memorable one! Gracias!Show more

My husband and I were hesitating whether to book with one or with another agency, but in the end we decided to trust in Inkayni Peru Tours and we cannot regret about this decision. I was overwhelmed by the friendliness of all the people in Inkayni Team. We did the tour package with Pedro as the guide and Mario as the chef. Both of them were incredibly nice, funny and the food was amazing! Sofia cooked so nice and tasteful. I still dream of his food! There are limited spots for the Inka Trail per day - and they will sell out several months in advance- that means its not an activity you can book last minute. Knowing this and knowing the time window I had to do the Trek, I Looked into it about 4 months in advance, and I could get the spots for the date that I wanted. This 8 days tour package was the perfect for me because I also visited part of the sacred valley, the andean textile in Chinchero is a good way to show people how is the hard work to have beautiful textiles. When we depart for the inca Trail we did not realize that on the first day It rained but our tents were always dry and since we were prepared for the weather, we had the rain gear (and everything else) needed to be comfortable. Our cook Lisseth were providing so many different types of dishes, he also taught us a few Quechua phrases! Everything would not have been possible without the help of our guide Raul, thank you very much and also to Inkayni Peru Tours, which is a incredible team, See you soon!!Show more
