There are different types of accommodation: DORM (Single bed in dorm with 6 - 12 bunk beds): Sleep in a dorm at Milhouse Hostel in Cuzco on Day 1, the night before your trip begins. PRIVATE SINGLE ROOM Sleep in a Private Single Room at Milhouse Hostel in Cuzco on Day 1, the night before your trip begins. Also, the meals will be cooked for you.

What are the hostels after Day 1 in the small villages, like?

The hostels in the villages are quite basic and may not have hot water. First 2 nights will be spent in a basic accommodation (bed and bedside table). On the the third night, you will be accommodated in a 3* Hotel. The best possible hostels along the route are booked.

It started off very poorly when bamba travel brought forward the trip 1 day without even notifying me untill 6:20pm...
It started off very poorly when bamba travel brought forward the trip 1 day without even notifying me untill 6:20pm of the first day!!! The communication is quite substandard, trying to get any information about itineraries and tickets is just drawn out and painful. The actual trip is good, however its not quite what its marketed to be! The 'mountainbiking' while technically we were biking on a mountain, its not mountain biking if you never leave the sealed roads. The rest of the activities and the trek through the mountains were fantastic. The guide was great he was very knowledgeable and a great asset. However he never showed up to guide on the last day, the most important day, the day actually at Machu Picchu. So i had to guide myself and get none of the relevant information as to what i was seeing.Show more

Payment information

The final payment will be automatically charged to your credit card on the designated due date. The final payment of the remaining balance is required at least 90 days prior to the departure date of your tour. TourRadar never charges you a booking fee and will charge you in the stated currency.
