All of our Travel Directors have been fully trained and carefully selected for the knowledge and passion that they have for their given regions. As such, we are surprised and concerned to read that you may not have found them to be informative on this occasion. Our guests' well-being and enjoyment are our top priorities, so please be assured that these comments have been shared with our Operations Manager for their review. On another note, we appreciate that you may have wanted your Travel Director to accompany you on your first day in London. However, we understand that a lot of our guests like to have the chance to explore such an exciting city independently. Therefore, we allow them this opportunity at the begging of their trip. That said, if there are any doubts about the structure of our itineraries, their full details can be found either on the Trafalgar website, in our brochure or in the information pack that is sent to each of our guests before the start of every trip. We do encourage our guests to familiarise themselves with these so as to avoid any potential disappointment once the trip is already underway.
