Thank you for travelling with us and for taking the time to share such wonderful feedback. We are thrilled to hear that this was one of the best trips you have ever had and that you felt it was truly worth it. It is lovely to know that you enjoyed the Reverse Britain and Ireland Grandeur itinerary and that your time in Scotland was such a highlight. Your tip regarding the timing of the Military Tattoo in Edinburgh will be very helpful for future travellers planning a similar experience. We are also delighted that you embraced the local flavours and discovered a fondness for haggis and Guinness. Thank you for recommending the tour and for choosing Trafalgar. We would be delighted to welcome you back in the future for another unforgettable journey through the UK, Ireland or beyond.

Thank you for taking the time to share your review. To begin, we sincerely regret to learn that your overall experience so far has been anything short of exceptional, given that the complete satisfaction of our guests is an absolute priority. All of our Travel Directors have been fully trained and carefully selected for the knowledge and passion that they have for their given regions. As such, we are surprised and concerned to read that you may not have found them to be informative on this occasion. Our guests' well-being and enjoyment are our top priorities, so please be assured that these comments have been shared with our Operations Manager for their review. On another note, we appreciate that you may have wanted your Travel Director to accompany you on your first day in London. However, we understand that a lot of our guests like to have the chance to explore such an exciting city independently. Therefore, we allow them this opportunity at the begging of their trip. That said, if there are any doubts about the structure of our itineraries, their full details can be found either on the Trafalgar website, in our brochure or in the information pack that is sent to each of our guests before the start of every trip. We do encourage our guests to familiarise themselves with these so as to avoid any potential disappointment once the trip is already underway. With the above in mind, we nevertheless regret to read that you have not enjoyed your trip so far. However, we do hope that the remainder of your time with us in Britain and Ireland will restore your initial impressions of our trips.
