All of our Travel Directors have been fully trained and carefully selected for the knowledge and passion that they have for their given regions. As such, we are surprised and concerned to read that you may not have found them to be informative on this occasion. Our guests' well-being and enjoyment are our top priorities, so please be assured that these comments have been shared with our Operations Manager for their review. On another note, we appreciate that you may have wanted your Travel Director to accompany you on your first day in London. However, we understand that a lot of our guests like to have the chance to explore such an exciting city independently. Therefore, we allow them this opportunity at the begging of their trip. That said, if there are any doubts about the structure of our itineraries, their full details can be found either on the Trafalgar website, in our brochure or in the information pack that is sent to each of our guests before the start of every trip. We do encourage our guests to familiarise themselves with these so as to avoid any potential disappointment once the trip is already underway.     • For any tour departing before November 1st, 2026 a full payment is necessary. For tours departing after November 1st, 2026, a minimum payment of $200 is required to confirm your booking with Trafalgar. The final payment will be automatically charged to your credit card on the designated due date. The final payment of the remaining balance is required at least 95 days prior to the departure date of your tour. TourRadar never charges you a booking fee and will charge you in the stated currency.
    • Some departure dates and prices may vary and Trafalgar will contact you with any discrepancies before your booking is confirmed.
    • The following cards are accepted for "Trafalgar" tours: Visa, Maestro, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal. TourRadar does NOT charge you an extra fee for using any of these payment methods.
