    When will we get information on the optional excursion opportunities, or do we set up all optional tours and such?

      There are optional activities you can book when creating the booking. If you do not add them at the time of booking, we can add them up until a week before the tour starts. Any other activities that are not pre-bookable are booked and paid for on tour with the help of the Tour Guide (CEO).

    Will the hotels throughout this tour have air conditioning?

      Most accommodation in Europe does not have air conditioning units in rooms. Air conditioning is not routinely installed in European homes and workplaces. However, nearly all hotels will provide a standing or desk fan for your room on hot nights. If you do not already have one in your room, please ask your CEO to organize one for you with reception. Our accommodation in Krakow is a comfortable and modern hostel with double, twin or triple rooms, bathroom facilities may be shared. Rooms may be triple-share and are not all ensuite. However, the location and the homely welcome are unbeatable!

      Up to 30th day prior to departure: Your 20% non-refundable deposit is saved on your file as Lifetime Deposit towards a future tour with G Adventures

      From 29th day to 3rd day prior to departure: 70% of travel fare becomes non-refundable: 50% cancellation fee + 20% Lifetime deposit

      From 2nd day prior to departure up to departure day or in case of no show : 95% of travel fare becomes non-refundable: 75% cancellation fee + 20% Lifetime Deposit

      We do not offer any transfer options for arrival and for departure. Christmas markets usually start around the end of November and run into the Holiday. If in the city during free time you will be able to visit these markets.

    • For any tour departing before November 1st, 2026 a full payment is necessary. For tours departing after November 1st, 2026, a minimum payment of 20% is required to confirm your booking with G Adventures. The final payment will be automatically charged to your credit card on the designated due date. The final payment of the remaining balance is required at least 45 days prior to the departure date of your tour. TourRadar never charges you a booking fee and will charge you in the stated currency.
    • Some departure dates and prices may vary and G Adventures will contact you with any discrepancies before your booking is confirmed.
    • The following cards are accepted for "G Adventures" tours: Visa, Maestro, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal. TourRadar does NOT charge you an extra fee for using any of these payment methods.
