  This tour looks great except I've never snorkeled and don't have much interest in learning. Would there be an alternative activity I'd be allowed to do?

    Yes, you are welcome to join the tour even if you don't snorkel. While snorkelling is included on a few days of the itinerary, participation is optional and you can choose to relax on the beach, enjoy the scenery, wildlife viewing, or spend free time in the area instead. The tour also includes plenty of land-based activities such as hiking, biking, kayaking, visiting the Charles Darwin Research Station, seeing giant tortoises, and hiking the Sierra Negra Volcano.

  Does multi sport include horseback riding tour on any of the islands?

    Regarding the Galápagos Multisport tour, I have checked the current itinerary and can confirm that horseback riding is not included in the tour.
    
    The tour does, however, include a variety of active experiences such as:
    
    Hiking, including the Sierra Negra Volcano hike on Isabela Island
    Downhill cycling
    Snorkelling
    Kayaking
    Wildlife and giant tortoise excursions
    
    Horseback riding is also not listed as an optional activity on the current G Adventures itinerary.
    
    If horseback riding is an important part of the trip, we can look at whether it may be possible to arrange this separately during free time, or alternatively identify another Galápagos tour that includes horseback riding.

  Flights into Guayaquil are much less than to Quito from Atlanta. Can I fly there then how do I join the group and cost difference please. My daughter would like scuba details. She is certified but has not done a dive in over a year

    You will need to fly into Quito or then find own arrangements to the start hotel. There is also a welcome meeting that start in the reception area. You are more than welcome to check a great provider is Planet Ocean - Diving San Cristobal, maybe you can check them out!

    Please note that for the Galápagos Multisport has an age requirement of 12 years old to participate, so they wont be able to join however our family tours has a age requirement of 6 years of age, I would recommend having a look at our family tours

  I am looking to book the Galapagos multisport tour for my family. My son will be 11.5yrs old at the time of travel. He is very active (high level snowboarder and Tai Kwan Do). Could we please book this tour?

    The minimum age is 12+ but depending on when his birthday is we may or may not be able to make an exception. We also have a tour that is specifically designed for families travelling with children under the age of 18 called Family Land Galapagos - Multi-Activities.

    Single travellers are paired in twin or multi-share accommodation with someone of the same sex for the duration of the trip. Should you wish to have your own room, you can add the single supplement for an additional cost. International airfare will need to be organised by each traveler.

    Since I'm traveling by myself does that mean that I might by booked into a triple room with two women who are expecting to be in a room together without a third person?

    There's no pick up, we meet on Day 1 in Quito, and then on Day 2, we all travel to the airport together from the hotel, very early morning. No, we don't book triple rooms, only single or twin/double.

    What's the name of the hotel in Quito? Do you lend me a soft sided bag to put my things in for the trip and then the hotel will hold my luggage until we return at the end of the trip?

    All of our hotels are subject to change. But the start hotel is currently Hotel Eugenia. No you will need to arrange your own luggage/suitcases throughout.

    In order to get a promo rate for a tour the tour does need to be booked during the promo period. If the sale has ended by the time you book we are sorry but we are not able to honour the promo. Our current sale ends at the end of the month.

    Tours follow set itineraries carefully designed to make the most of your time and experience in each destination. We're unfortunately not able to extend or modify the itinerary to include additional islands or extra days within the tour itself.   What yime do we meet the G Adventures tour guide on our 1st day tour which is on Nov 22nd? The reason why is because Im planning to join the Quito city tour whichbis a whole day tour (8 am-5 pm). Will that be OK?

    Upon arrival to your Joining Hotel, look for a note or bulletin board in the reception with a note from your CEO. This note will give the details of your Welcome Meeting on day 1 (usually between 5pm and 7pm), where you will get a chance to meet your CEO and other travellers, as well as learn more about how the tour will run. If you don't see a note, please ask reception for details!
