A typical day looks like: Depart port between 08:00–10:00 Sail through the morning, with possible swim stops Arrive at the next destination early afternoon Evening at leisure, with group dinners around 19:00–20:00 Cabin details: 3 Twin/Double cabins with ensuite 1 Twin cabin with ensuite 1 Twin cabin with shared facilities (with the CEO) All cabins include portholes, rooftop pop-tops, storage space, and provided linen/towels Toilets are western-style pump systems In terms of seasickness, while the sailing is generally along calmer coastal waters and for shorter durations each day, conditions can vary depending on weather. If you are prone to seasickness, we would recommend: Bringing motion sickness medication or remedies Choosing a cabin mid-ship where movement is less noticeable (subject to availability) Spending time on deck for fresh air when needed Many travellers who are slightly prone to seasickness still enjoy this trip due to the relatively short sailing times and frequent stops, but it's always best to be prepared.

I am a solo female traveler looking to do the August 30th sailing. I noticed that if I book solo, I will be placed with another person, I just wanted to verify that they have to be the same gender. I was wondering what the age group usually is on this tour. Finally, there is mention of multiple ports where there are bars, do you find this is more of a party crowd? A beach crowd? What usually are the travel goals of the people who go on this tour?

Yes as a solo traveller you would be sharing with another solo traveller of the same gender on the tour. We find this trip attracts a range of ages, often travellers born in the 1980s and 1990s, but this can vary from one trip to the next. So far on the 30th August we do not have anyone booked as of yet, this will likely book up as we get closer to departure. This trip is designed for travellers wanting to explore the small towns and villages along the coast, experience unspoilt beaches and relax. We do not tend to find this trip is a 'party trip' as such.

  From the airport, take the bus for the old city of Dubrovnik. Here you will need to change to bus No. B1, which will take you to the ACI marina for 15HRK (2EUR); ask the driver to stop when at the marina. It is about 15min from the old city. By Taxi: 250HRK (30EUR) and takes 30min. By Bus: 35HRK (4EUR) and takes 30min. Buses depart hourly to and from the airport.
