    As the tour travels through France, Switzerland, Germany, the Netherlands and Belgium, these countries are all within the Schengen Area. A valid Schengen visa generally allows travel between these countries, subject to the conditions and validity of your visa.
    
    Please note that the UK is not part of the Schengen Area, so you will need to check whether you require a separate UK visa or other entry permission based on your nationality.
    
    As visa requirements depend on your nationality and individual circumstances, we recommend confirming the requirements with the relevant embassy or official immigration website before travelling.

    Yes, it is possible to skip the London portion of the Europe Taster tour. I completely understand if you would prefer to make your own arrangements in London.
    
    Please note that the Europe Taster tour is sold as a package, so the price remains the same even if you choose not to take part in the London portion. We would therefore not be able to offer a discount for skipping this part of the tour.

  I am required to obtain a Schengen tourist visa before traveling. The standard processing time for a Schengen visa is approximately 30 to 45 days. Many documentations are required to approve applicant case. There is always a possibility that the visa may not be granted. Can I postpone payment of the trip fees until after my visa has been successfully issued? Could you provide me with the necessary documentation required to support my visa application such as a letter of initial registration confirming my participation in this trip, a detailed trip itinerary, and hotel reservations? Is your company affiliated with any agency or service that can help expedite the visa processing?

    To secure the booking and for us to provide the documents needed for your visa application, full payment of the tour is required. Once your booking is fully paid, we can provide the relevant visa supporting documents. Our visa supporting documents are usually issued around 90 days before the tour departure date. These include the itinerary with the hotel details and confirmation of full payment. We are a tour company and not a visa processing company, and we are not affiliated with any visa agency or service that can expedite visa applications. We recommend checking the visa requirements and processing timelines with the relevant embassy or visa application centre in Saudi Arabia before making your booking.

    For Solo Travelers, an Option to get a Private Room Upgrade is available if they do not wish to be sharing a room with another traveler. The cost of the Private Room Upgrade for this tour is at 615 USD on top of the published price for the tour.
    
    However, I also want to share that the Private Room Upgrades are offered at a limited availability per tour.

    For the Europe Taster tour departing on Sunday, 6 September 2026, the London meeting point is:

    The meeting time is 6:30 AM at the hotel reception. The tour coach will depart shortly after the scheduled check-in and once all passengers are on board.
    
    Please arrive on time to allow sufficient time for check-in and luggage loading.
    
    The Paris meeting point is Bouillon République, 39 Bd du Temple, 75003 Paris, with a meeting time of 7:15 PM.

  Please advise the pickup time in London and the exact meeting/pickup point. Could you also please confirm if it is possible to add the following to the itinerary: Airport pickup in London, One additional night in London, A London sightseeing tour, London airport drop-off for their departure. Additionally, the clients would prefer to stay in one room only. Could you please confirm whether three adults can be accommodated comfortably in one room, and whether the room would be set up with one double bed and one single bed? Please also advise the additional cost for the airport transfers, extra night, and London tour.

    Please note that we do not arrange pre-tour accommodation or airport transfers. Therefore, the additional night in London and airport transfers would need to be arranged independently. We also do not arrange a London sightseeing tour as part of the pre-tour arrangements. The excursions available for this tour are: Parisian Cabaret with drinks, An Evening in Montmartre (no coach), Paris+, Alpine Dinner Experience, Jungfraujoch: Journey to the Top of Europe (no driver). Regarding the rooming request, our standard tour accommodation does not offer triple rooms. Therefore, we would not be able to confirm three adults sharing one room with one double bed and one single bed. As there are 3 of you travelling and only 2 seats currently remaining on the 6 September departure, we would unfortunately not be able to accommodate all three of you on this departure. If you are flexible with your travel dates, please let us know if you would be open to considering another departure, and we can check the available options for three travellers.

    Our coach tours have a minimum age requirement of 10 years old. In some cases, we may consider children from 8 years old by exception, depending on the tour. Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate infants on our tours. This is because our itineraries include long travel days and a considerable amount of walking, with some sightseeing and guided visits lasting up to three hours.
