  How much cash do you suggest travellers bring in Pounds, Swiss Francs and Euros for 7 days? Are there ATMs available if needed? Do most places accept credit cards or Apple Pay?

    For this 7 day tour, credit cards are widely accepted across hotels, restaurants, shops, and most attractions, so they will comfortably cover the majority of your spending.
    
    It is still a good idea to carry a small amount of cash in Euros for smaller purchases such as snacks, tips, or places that may prefer cash. A general recommendation is around €100–€200 per person for the full trip.
    
    ATMs are also readily available throughout the destinations, so you can easily withdraw Euros during the tour if needed.

    you don't need to print much, but here are the essentials to have ready:
    
    Passport (valid and matching your booking details)
    Visa documents (if required for your nationality)
    Travel insurance details (policy info — digital copy is fine)
    Tour Program (we'll email this 10–15 days before departure — you can keep it on your phone or print if you prefer)
    
    It's also a good idea to have copies (digital or printed) of your passport and important documents, just in case.

    Our tours are generally fast-paced and involve a significant amount of walking, including sightseeing on foot, moving between attractions, and standing for extended periods. Because of this, they are best suited to travelers with a moderate to good level of mobility and fitness.
    
    We are not able to modify the itinerary or pace of the group, and we do not provide accessibility arrangements within the tour program itself.
    
    If a traveler has mobility concerns, we strongly recommend they carefully review this before booking to ensure it is suitable for their needs.

  My daughter will be 9 in July and turning 10 in September. My husband, myself and my daughter are looking to book the 'taste of Europe' tour - can she accompany us?

    Our general minimum age is 10 years old, however we can make an exception for a 9-year-old when travelling with parents or guardians. Our tours are quite fast-paced, with long walking days, early starts, and travel between cities, so we'd just want to ensure that your daughter is comfortable with the overall pace and mobility requirements of the tour.
    
    In terms of rooming:
    Accommodation is on a twin-share basis (two beds per room)
    Your daughter would be roomed with one accompanying adult
    The remaining adult can either share with another same-gender traveller (standard setup) or opt for a private room upgrade (subject to availability and additional cost)

  Since we've paid the deposit and the full amount is due on the 13th of May, is that time limited like it was when we had the booking on hold or we can just pay anytime on the 13th of May as long as it is paid on that due date? Reason why I am asking is because i get paid on that day at around 4pm adelaide time (australia)

    Regarding your final payment, the due date is typically 60 days before departure, and you're welcome to make the payment anytime on or before the due date. So yes—paying later in the day (around 4pm or even after) on the due date is absolutely fine, as long as it is completed before the deadline passes.
