I confirm that you will have a single cabin for your daughter and a twin cabin for you and your son. Unfortunately, there are no available cabins on the cruise for two single cabins instead of a twin room.

Can you organize domestic flights and what is the additional cost for them?

Yes. We can gladly organize domestic flights. In fact, the domestic flights from Cairo to Luxor and from Aswan back to Cairo are included in the tour price.

I don't know why on the site it's almost 2k but on brochure it's $1590 is something wrong ?

The hotel in Cairo is either Helnan Dreamland hotel or Movenpick Media city hotel. The Nile cruise is M/S Radamis II or similar.

I'd like to visit the new grand egyptian museum but notice that isn't included, can that be arranged or will I have to arrive earlier / leave later and do that myself?

We can add the visit to the Grand Egyptian Musuem (GEM) and the NMEC- The National Museum of the Egyptian Civilization on day 8 of the tour as an optional tour.

We are looking into booking Classic Egypt 5* Star Nile Cruise and we were wondering if we can add insurance later on after booking?

Sure. You don't need to purchase the travel insurance at the time of booking. You could add it late in after booking the tour.

What type of visa is required for French citizens traveling to Egypt?

French citizens can either apply for an e-visa or obtain a visa on arrival for Egypt. Either option is acceptable.

Would I be right in thinking that if I wanted to arrive on February 14th, rather than 15th, we could do the pickup that day, and I'd just need to pay for an extra hotel day in Cairo? Your brochure both says that entrance fees are included and aren't included. I presume that means some, but not all, are included? Can you give me a breakdown?

Actually all the entrance fees are not included in the tour price. The total cost of the entrance fees is about USD $140. The tour starts on the Friday the 14th Feb, 2025. This is when you would arrive in Cairo at any time.

A very enjoyable experience that you simply must do if you have an interest in the pyramids, temples, and ancient Egyptian history, and if you would love to cruise the Nile River and eat delicious food. The river cruise boat and the hotel accommodation was simply excellent… the sleeper train was not, but it was a unique experience 😅. Just returned from the most amazing holiday ever. Family of 6 ranging from 19 to 80, and we cannot thank Hany and the team from Timeless tours enough. We added an extra day at the start of the trip - sorted no problem. Arrival Cairo airport - company rep met us airside and guided us through and onto the minibus. All dealings with hotels, cruise ships, visits, busses etc etc, were all handled by the company. All we had to do was keep an eye on my mother, and enjoy the trip. The hardest part of the trip was the overnight train to Luxor which can be a challenge. We decided to upgrade the return leg and stay an extra night in Aswan, and then fly back to Cairo the following morning. The Company busses were all new, air conditioned, spotless and fitted with proper seatbelts. The cruise ship we sailed on (MS Nile Style) was amazing, rooms spotless, beds super comfy, and food was fabulous. Movenpick hotel in Cairo was the same. Ash our Egyptologist was brilliant (thank you so much Ash), so knowledgeable about the ancient antiquities and sites, and brilliant at keeping us altogether to make each day was well organised, making sure we got the absolute maximum out of every thing we did. Yes there were early mornings, but in general we were back on the ship for lunch and time to relax each afternoon. We never felt any concerns re security. There is a high presence of police and security personnel at all of the major sites, around the hotels, and on board, not threatening, but there if/when you look for it. It felt reassuring that security is taken seariously in the country. Finally, as I've said Timeless Tours took care of everything for us, made the whole trip seamless, nothing seemed like it was too much trouble. When we did make changes we weren't ripped off, with the additional costs for extra nights, changed flights etc being cheaper than we could find online for ourselves. Couldn't ask for more, and we're already in discussions to book a cruise from Aswan to Abu Simbel for next year.Show more
