    May I kindly ask how old the daughters are? If any of the travellers are minors, they would need to be accompanied by another adult.

    We only offer tours with Pre-set Itinerary including Destinations and Number of Days. Currently, we do not have a tour that goes to Prague with the number of days that you prefer. However, we do have a tour that is called Europe Jewel which visits the following locations but is for a total of 14 Days.

    We do provide visa support documents, including a visa assistance letter and tour itinerary, once a booking is confirmed and the full cost has been paid. These documents are usually sufficient for visa application purposes. Please note, however, that while we provide the necessary documentation, we do not process visa applications on your behalf, and the application itself must be submitted directly through the relevant embassies or visa centers.

This means that if you cancel within 10 days of making your booking, you can receive a full refund of your tour payment, no questions asked. After this 10-day period, our standard cancellation policy applies: 60 days or more before departure: Loss of deposit; 45 – 59 days before departure: 20% of tour cost; 30 – 44 days before departure: 40% of tour cost; 15 – 29 days before departure: 70% of tour cost; 14 days or less before departure: 100% of tour cost.

  Are we on a bus for all travel or doing any legs by train? Do hotels have pools? Also can I get a rough cost for the optional tours. Trying to budget!!

    Most of the tour is via coach, so you'll be traveling together on the bus for the majority of the trip. There may be a few short internal train journeys, depending on the itinerary, but the main travel is by coach. Some of the hotels on the tour have pools, but not all. Pool availability varies depending on the property. We can provide a rough estimate for the optional excursions so you can budget. These vary depending on the location and type of activity. A detailed list with costs will be sent closer to the tour date.

    Travellers would be required to carry their luggage from where the coach parks into the lobby of the hotels and to their rooms. When travelling between countries, their luggage will be transported on the coach and they will be responsible for obtaining their luggage from the driver and the tour leader. Our tours are quite fast paced as it involves walking of up to 3 hours when doing orientation tours with the tour leader in the countries they will be visiting.

    Our tours generally have a minimum age requirement of 10 years old, in this case, since your son will be traveling together with you and under your care, we can raise this to management to request an exception and allow him to join. Children on tour must always be accompanied by an adult, and rooming is based on twin-share, each minor must share with a responsible adult rather than being roomed alone.

  I would like to pay the additional fee for a private room as this is my first time travelling solo, although you advise this is subject to availability. How does this work? If you cannot accommodate a private room for the entire tour, would one be allocated where possible?

    Yes, you're welcome to meet the group in Paris instead on Day 1. While the official meeting point is in Amsterdam, the group will travel to Ghent (Belgium) for a lunch and then continue on to Paris in the evening, where the overnight accommodation is scheduled.
