I had a million questions to ask and they always promptly replied with lots of helpful information. They organized a safari that was within our budget range and gave us a few itineraries to browse through, giving options. They organized everything all we needed was to book our international flights. The safari was very organized and everything was very efficient. The accommodation was surprisingly much better than I presumed for Africa, and we stayed in some fabulous lodges, especially the Roika tented lodge in Tarangirie. Our driver Apollo was always helpful and had a great deal of knowledge about all of the wildlife and local life. Nothing was too much for him , he catered to all of our needs.
