I understand you are interested in joining our 13-day Japan Cherry Blossom Tour departing on 20 March 2026. While this scheduled departure is currently fully booked, we are pleased to advise that we can operate a private tour for your group of four at the same price (subject to hotel availability). Should the originally planned hotels no longer be available, there may be a slight price adjustment; however, any change would be minimal. We have recently refined the 13-day itinerary to further enhance comfort and the overall travel experience.

As stated in my registration I have food restrictions. It was difficult to get food items replaced in the included meals. It was impossible to replace rice/ noodles with more of the served vegetables for some reason! One place gave me 2 sweet buns stuffed with butter in place of rice!! Had no clue that low carb and fat was not buns and butter I had expected more than this in the tour planning. Our guide spoke limited and poorly pronounced English Many of the locations where we were to get our own meals were not appropriate ie we arrived after places closed or there was NO english menus/spoken english or only sweets were available! On 2 occasions we searched for 45-60 minutes looking for foodShow more

There were few instances where the restaurants were unable to accommodate, and we are actively working with them to improve on this aspect for upcoming trips. Travelling to remote areas like Takayama also pose some challenges with non-English speaking restaurants/menu but it is a part of the travel experience in Japan. The final payment of the remaining balance is required at least 65 days prior to the departure date of your tour. TourRadar never charges you a booking fee and will charge you in the stated currency.
