The driver-cum-guide arrangement was provided as part of your confirmed itinerary in line with the provided budget and was communicated at the time of booking. The assigned guide was selected for their destination knowledge and operational experience. We have noted your comments regarding the tour guide conduct and will review them seriously in line with our standards. Regarding dining, this is typically can be adjusted during the trip when preferences are communicated to the guide or our operations team. For the Jeju sector, the flight to Jeju was cancelled due to adverse weather conditions. Our guide remained with you at the airport, assisted with liaising with the airlines on alternative options and obtaining a refund. We also cover an additional night stay in Busan. You later decided to return to Seoul instead of continuing with the Jeju itinerary, and any costs related to that change were therefore at your own expense. We remain available to provide supporting documentation should you require assistance with an insurance claim relating to the cancelled Jeju arrangements. Thank you for providing your feedback, and we trust that your exploration of Japan during its captivating cherry blossom season on our small group tours was an enriching experience. Regarding your dietary requirements, our tour leader discussed the dining menu with you at the commencement of the trip and we have tried our best to accommodate your dietary needs throughout our 13-day trip. There were few instances where the restaurants were unable to accommodate, and we are actively working with them to improve on this aspect for upcoming trips. Travelling to remote areas like Takayama also pose some challenges with non-English speaking restaurants/menu but it is a part of the travel experience in Japan. It was a pleasure to have you experience Japan on our highly-regarded 13-day Japan in-depth tour during this picturesque blossom season, and we hope to have the opportunity to welcome you on another journey to Asia in the future.
